yes its a ui for vivian, i got it on gamebanana and its by banappleui_pack_for_vivian_np_nsfw_7efcb.rar

It's been rezipped which was sus to me. Directly from the KanouSakura's download page was compressed to 76.2MB but you're right in that unzipped is 422MB. My bad nonetheless

I'll just leave it here, there are some problems with the lighting (shown in the screenshot). In the shadows, the arms and legs look strange (corrected with shoes and gloves), the tummy and part of the legs was fixed (well, at least the lighting was brought up as close as possible)
In the light the model looks normal without any problems.
