Well I'm training people.. other people asked and I gave tools ,programs and directions.. give it time and I'll be obsolete! For a moment  ..so if your getting tired of my mods bye then

The mods don't bother me. What bothers me is the million messages here. Looks back at the message history in this thread. It's literally mostly you, and you're mostly talking to lifeisbrutal, so I just think it would be best if you both just messaged each other somewhere else. Don't take it personally.

 

When you see a notification from a LoversLab thread, most people like to see either progress or new mods. If you're literally just talking with someone, please take it somewhere else.

I think you're having a hard time understanding. When I say "they don't bother me", that means it's fine. Share your mods.

 

What I'm asking is this: Please, only post here if you actually have something to share with everyone. Not just with one person. If you have something to share with one person then just do that in a DM with them.

Attacking mod creators won't be tolerated. This is a thread for discussion more than it is mod releases, but both are perfectly fine to post here. If you don't like the number of notifications you're getting from a thread, unfollow it and check in on it manually now and then. It's not that complicated. Whining at a user for posting too much isn't a good look for anybody.

 

That said, it's not a forum rule or anything, but it is typical forum etiquette not to do 3+ posts in rapid succession within minutes of each other with nobody else replying in between. The usual polite thing to do is either edit the post with additional thoughts you had a few minutes after the first post or if you have multiple people to reply to, use the multi-quote button, so you can reply to multiple with a single post, it exists literally for this exact purpose.

The problem is that it's the only one focused on mods for TR Remastered, which I'm interested in, and yet a bunch of people are getting notified only to find the thread has been spammed with a million messages that could have been a few.

 

I appreciate your help. Hopefully this thread cools off on the message count soon.

I genuinely do not know if you're being serious but please don't feel that you are being forced out here. There are plenty of people who appreciate your mods and what you're doing. There will always be an aspect of criticism that comes with modding but please don't take those to heart. Rather, take legitimate concerns into consideration and hopefully take joy from the knowledge that there are vastly more people that enjoy your work and your mods than those who don't.

Just because you were reported doesn't mean that you're going to be strung up in the courtyard. It isn't a strike against you as a person and certainly not something that should ruin your stay here. Are you genuinely steadfast on leaving and removing all the work and advice you have shared?

Well then I am sorry to see you go. That said, I think this is being blown out of proportion. I wish you would take a few days to consider your decision before you take serious action that cannot easily be reversed or recovered.

Well I hope you don't actually mean The Internet Archive because it is in a read-only state currently it seems. Google it and you can find out more. If you intend to upload your mods elsewhere could you at least let us know where that may be so that those of us who enjoy your mods can follow them elsewhere?

If i can't upload to the archive..I'll just do what I've been saying all along.. burn your mods to dvd-r  just in case something happens..I'll see if i can reverse the account delete..if not I'll make another after it's gone and reupload..deal?
