Look to see if you're pc has a virus, mabe your pc sucks and need a new pc .. download legitimate blender

4.3.2 or whatever order it pops up on the download site..or try to download a older version,blender archives older builds unlike 3DSMax

Modders are the ones who make the addons not blender..the addon is unofficial.. and i understand 👍  3d modeling is difficult 😅  .. I spent all yesterday messing with it

Probably just a bug in blender or the plugin doesn't support the latest version. I always have multiple versions of blender on my computer. I made my mods in Blender 3.6 and the plugin works fine there.

I'll try it  .. sometimes models don't export or import! Mabe models are locked? Or the addon just isn't %100 for tomb raider 4-5 aswell as the blender version..but thanks 👍

I have the same problems. The plugin is made for Tomb Raider 1 , 2 and 3. I'm not saying that 3.6 is the best version. It was the one I had on my computer that worked

I did not modded blender. I just use a older version. You can try to download this one and see if you can instal the addon.

Oh you want my blender files?
You can have them. But I use shape keys in my Models this is not supported in the Tomb Raider Plugin.



But we are Moddes so that is a easy fix in the plugin

Fixing the the Plugin

• Locate this file; C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.6\scripts\addons\io_scene_TRR1-3\trm_export.py
• Open this file in a Text editor, I use NotePad++
• Look for the function prepare_mesh
• Add this line of code in the prepare_mesh function:

        if hasattr(obj_c.data, "shape_keys"):           
            obj_c.shape_key_add(name='CombinedKeys', from_mix=True)
            if obj_c.data.shape_keys:
                for shapeKey in obj_c.data.shape_keys.key_blocks:
                    obj_c.shape_key_remove(shapeKey)

 

• You code will look like this:

• Save the file and restart Blender

Now you can Export shape keys to Tomb Raider

Dude .. their all kinds of nudity on here! And its the easiest to mod! Grab mod files and splice them together ..and nothing ever easy at 1st

I don't have any knowledge on Blender or 3Ds Max or any else Mod tool 

And i do prefer to take what modders have to offer us or to give commissions if necessary
