Slavery Mod: Not Completely Immersive

It appears we have some things in common here nouseforaname4; I have an idea for capture by the Foresworn in which the player is forced to worship hagravens, and then is subected to wearing a crown that causes at least, if not all, loss of control over the PC. When loss of control occurs, the PC would do things such as mundane slave work, submit to torture, or be sent to wipe out rival hagraven covens in an attempt to bring in-fighting to Skyrim; this in-fighting should change the way the game is played, to some extent.

 

I have to think harder on this. Let's hope I'm not the one who gets hurt while thinking.

 

Your Ideas are not new. We hope,this comes with SD II. SD I is too old for big Updates and have a lot of Bugs.

The next SexLab-Update is coming and it brings a lot of Changes.

The main problem with the only player slavery mod that currently exists (Sanguine's) is not the mod's fault necessarily... it's that NPCs just aren't very interesting, and being stuck with them gets boring fast. I used the mod for quite awhile and, though it was initially thrilling to be caught, bound, and used, the capture quickly turned into a grind as I could do nothing other than talk to my 'master' and make requests (which started another sex animation), plead with them that I only want to be a good slave (which started another sex animation), or deride them (which started either a sex or punishment animation). That's it. I'd have to play along until I could get the option to earn my freedom (which unbinds you and lets you use equipment), at which point I'd just leave until I could find some weapons to come back and kill my 'master'.

 

In order for slavery to be interesting, there would need to be lots of scripted events, or (like the msex mods did) your 'master' would actually be a companion who would occasionally step in and make you go to certain places and do things (still requiring lots of scripting and dialogue-writing).

Yep. Sanguine's was never designed to go past the capture part. The only goal is escape and get your stuff back. Tasks, dancing, whoring, were all just after thoughts that were tacked on when I was in a "hey, I wonder if I could do this?" mood.

 

Funny you mentioned companions.

The slavery framework is basically turning into a specialized companion framework that represents a superior and subordinate hierarchy. If that sounds like a military structure to you then you are not alone. A little tweaking and it could represent one and I've thought about doing that.

 

This will basically give you a subordinate's chain of command. The first actor in the array will be the immediate superior. The next would be the previous actor's superior and so on up the chain of command until the array's limit of 128 actors is reached.

Actor[] function GetAllMasters(Actor akSlave)

Each of those masters can have 128 subordinates and in turn, each of those can have 128 subordinates of their own and so on until you finally make it back down the hierarchy to the original actor and it's 5.28e+269 (128128)  peers.

If you are interested in SD, I should invite you to check out the SD+ patch we have been working on with jbezorg's permission. 

It is slowly evolving into a PC slavery mod with more diverse options for role play (a lot of options are still ideas but SD provides a good base to build from once you get past some of the original flow).

Actually, I would like to try the base SD before trying your patch; I am very analytical, and, therefore, I need some basis for comparison. Thanks for the invitation, and I plan on trying it.
