SG Female Textures Renewal and CharGen

 I'm not sure if this is the right part of the forum to ask this. I have been trying for weeks to get the SG Female Textures Renewal and the CharGen plus a few plugins from the nexus and every time I download it I get an error when i unpack them. I have downloaded them from different computers and used numerous programs to open then and it's always the same thing. I was wondering if anyone had working copies they could upload or maybe alternate download sites? I have been trying to get the SG Textures Renewal CBBE and the SG Textures CBBE Options files from

Currently, Nexus is a bit fucked up after they just revamped the servers, so no surprises if you find difficulty downloading what you need or you find bad archives upon opening them. Try to wait for a day, and then download again.

 

BTW, I use both mods you mentioned and they're great.

I see nothing wrong with the links maybe it's your service provider maybe the download gets interrupted/times out or it could be your browser I use chrome.

it might be the Nexus, but these are the only files I have had problems with. They seem to be ok after download, I can open them up and look and they seem fine, but when i try to extract, that's when the problem hits. I even downloaded them all on my Roomates computer who uses a different Internet service and still the same problem,

Have you tried clicking the rar and when it opens tried to manually drag them out I have had to do that before instead of extracting a file out of it?

i just tried that. Same results. I get the error message and the folders all have the files that are 0kb

I also had no problems with the download, after the extract to the desktop, all data were available!

also manually copy it to the skyrim folder worked without any problems.

ich hatte ebenfalls keine probleme beim herunterladen , nach dem extrahieren auf den desktop waren alle daten vorhanden !

auch das manuelle kopieren in den skyrim ordner funktionierte problemlos .

 I used IZArc and it worked...I don't know why the other compression programs would not work

It is likely Nexus, since they started their revamp of their servers I have had a very hard time with it. I just started manually downloading everything and then using the NMM to install them from my computer. Works just fine that way.

nonsense I use google chrome and have never had problems with nexus!

I install my mods always manually, I always rely on myself and not on have any tool.

ich installiere meine mods immer manuell , ich verlasse mich immer auf mich selbst und nicht auf irgendwelche hilfsmittel .

I have had immense problems with nexus the last few days since their big overhaul.

 

Like the above modder said though, download the files manually and then install them into nexus mod manager from a folder. I have had more success that way.

Nexus is an absolute train wreck right now, NMM is totally disabled and has been for 3 full days now, the site itself has huge issues with the files distribution and there are 502 and 504 errors all over the damned place.

How that place can be making money is beyond me, If I advertised there I would have abandoned ship long ago, that fukn network spends more time down than up.

I would not expect it to improve for a very long time regardless of their constant maintenance and 'upgrade' lies.

It's not nonsense, NMM had a feature that would Download the mods for you. It was a handy feature so you didn't have to download them manually first before installing them. Right now that part of NMM isn't working, you have to install everything manually.
