I installed with NMM, latest from github and had no issues.

But at main menu be sure to go to "Creations" then to load order on the bottom.

You'll get a list of mods (if you have any) and put a tick in front of mods not ticked (unless not using it)

Then back out to main menu, tab key then play. You'll get prompt to use mod list in the save or current, Due to new mod added now use option : Current

If  the Mod is not showing up then it can be vortex. I don't like vortex personally but I wont knock what I don't now about. I only tried vortex once at first  release.
