Devious Device 5.2 Straitjacket Replacement By.912 [3BA only] v0.21

Currently, the new mod is being reworked from scratch with the goal of integrating a complete new device and DD framework, not a replacement.

Reworking from scratch.

Mods posted on this page will remain archived and will not be supported in any way.

Still trying to figure out how to integrate "files menu" or "view files button" into the topic like the other topics...

This is a mod that replaces some of the straitjacket mesh from the Devious Device mod.
The design is my personal preference, exposing more of the pussy and enhancing the humiliation.

Mod info

3 different arm restraints variaton

  • Arms down and connected to a belt on the thighs (Type-L)
  • Add a rod between the back and elbows and restrain the wrists to the belt at the waist (Type-P)
  • Restrain arms overhead (Type-L)

Leather

Also, change some of DD's hobble dresses to spreader bars, and change the design.

  • spreader bar only
  • slut-bikini (with dildo)

  • monikini
  • leotard (non dildo ,with dildo)
  • sligshot (with dildo)

  • transparent

Currently, only 3BA meshes are supported. (cbbe might works)

The installation supports English/Korean. by esp

Regarding Motion

This mode implements a spreader bar and restraints using only mesh and weights, without adding any motion (hkx).

The goal was to be compatible with as many motions as possible,

but the more intensely a motion uses the knees and below, the more awkward it becomes.

Unforgiving Device Compatible- Patch

I worked on a quick patch with @Gamerooni's support.

License

All modifications, variations, distributions, etc. are possible as long as they comply with the license of the original DD.

Future Updates

This mod is intended for personal use rather than distribution, was originally developed and tested as an alpha version in June 2023.

However, I became busy last year and could no longer manage the mod, resulting in its abandonment and the loss of many resorces.

Recently, my situation has improved, and I have been able to recover the modding resource. make some modifications, and repackage it for release.

For v0.3, I'm going to rework it from scratch, support uunp, and rework it as an add-on rather than a replacement.
However, the current work is already developed last year and my lagacy makes it hard to modify it further.

Currently, I am completely reconfiguring my development environment.

Starting with the installation of Blender and Skyrim.

Due to the loss of many materials, the next version will likely be redeveloped from scratch.

Also may I ask if a BHUNP version will be developed? It's an absolutely perfect replacement for UUNP and does it better!

The plan for v0.3 is Build from scratch with help from the DD community and aim for DD integration.

It will be a new device as an addon, not a replacement.
cbbe/3ba - uunp/bhunp support is the goal,

I love your work and have downloaded v0.2 somewhere else. Thank you for the great job!

I've also made some personal touch to it-- only replacing the corresponding leather ones-- therefore it becomes a perfect add-on to DD.

If you are interested in making it official, I could be of some help. If not, I'll just keep it to myself, as it is still a replacement after all.

Anyway, look forward to your future updates to this mod!

A little personal wish: the heels-- the hobble dress ones-- modified from the original ballet heels are not so... good-looking.

It would be great if you could consider optimizing this. Thanks!

Mod looks great! But i cant get my game to launch now. Has anyone else tried adding it to the Masterstroke modlist and had it work?

Yes, I'm aware of that issue.
This was done when I didn't know much about blender yet
It will be completely reworked in the next version.

According to my plan, uunp and bhunp will be done as well.

You should be able to do it with a standard installation of DD 5.2

Got it to work, for some reason game crashes if I have the mod checked, but it still shows up in game after i built it in bodyslide.

Only problem i found in my character has an extra set of feet below them when they have a spreader bar on their legs. I am guess thats because of another mod though.

Mind sharing your version? I like the idea of still having the old straitjacket models. Did you just go into xedit and delete changes to the ebonite variants?

The lack of a “Files” page seems to have negative affected the attention given to the module. The module deserves more attention🙂

Thanks, I was able to add the link to ll's topic and post after a little tweaking.

You are always welcome!  to upload it and we will merge it into the official version after testing.

For some reason, when you squat behind the character, transparent hands appear.

I'll check it later....

I've been too busy IRL.

I am finally not working on weekends in August...😂

I can finally start modding the 0.3 version.

I remeber downloading this in the DD Devepoment discussion thread, I really like the outfits this mod provides but wish it was a standalone version because I still like the original straitjackets. Hopefully in future releases you can do a standalone version.

Probably a daft question, but how do you install this?

When activated in MO2 L/H pane, it only overwrites a few texture files from DD5.2

There is an esp, but you can't access the esp from AddItemMenu

I can see that there are Bodyslide files, but how does running this through bodyslide provide 'something' which then replaces/overwrites the DD5.2 assets, something I'd normally expect to see?   I haven't done that yet as I really don't want to inadvertently screw up my game

Any help would be welcome

Running through Bodyslide will give you the usual option to select which one you want to use for each item - The original or the one from this mod. Make your selections, build the bodyslides and then play game as normal.

Thanks.  I'll try that for a couple and see what happens

You shouldn't need to do that at all, this mod modifies purely meshes

This looks like a warning from my development environment using OAR 1.0.2.

You can ignore it and just use it.

The problem is the error notification is just floating in the middle of the screen
