DDS textures are required to be divisible by 4, so you can reduce the size so long as you maintain the original aspect ratio and the dimensions are both divisible by 4. Diffuses need to be saved in SRGB, normalmaps are saved linear.

...That is a mesh edit, I do NOT do mesh edits. A mesh edit would require me to reverse the mod into blender and manually bloat them via whatever means, re-export and rewrite the ini. That's WAY more work than I'm willing to put in for an edit that I myself don't want.

Am I bringing this up because this Huiyoo Hiyuki mod is filled with duplicated 8k textures and normal maps that bloat the file size of this mod to a ludicrus 1.3 gigs while STILL having missing texture errors, when that shit is completely avoidable? Maybe, maybe. Some modders just do not care, a line that can be applied to pretty much every aspect of modding.

I might just be salty 'cus there's apparently another version of this mod coming out semi-soon with more options and I pulled the trigger on doing this too early.

I agree with you ---- especially “Shaojiang” or “EnteleJiang”. Each time I download his mod and open the zip file, I will shocked by its enormous size and the disorganized arrangement of the files.

The filesize limit is getting lower and lower as I post, so I legit don't think I can attach mods directly anymore, at least not these giga-sized mods. I don't know if it's site-wide or if it's me specifically 'cus I have SO many posts with attachments at this point, but yeah most of my downloads are gonna have to go through my Gdrive I guess, including this one.

 

Last time with Sigrika I struggled to actually find enough things to fill the standard 28 key toggle setup I have for this series, this time was the opposite and I had to introduce 2 more key combos to fit everything, not quite surpassing Lynae but 2nd place.

 

Toggles: 30. I don't like it being uneven like this, but I couldn't force 32 toggles nor 28, so here we are.

That's it, that's was the last one... or well it should have been, but Scoob released an updated version of one of this character UI mods on GB and included new assets that I didn't mod over during my fixes so... there is some justification for me to modify and re-upload ALL of the character UI mods again. I'd rather do fucking ANYTHING else though, ANYTHING other than more WuWa modding.

Have you checked for conflicts with other mods?

Have you made sure your LOD settings are correct? (Use all mips option in XXMI launcher, or set LoD bias to ultra in game)

Do you have RabbitFX installed? (I will NOT accept complaints)

Thank You. It was RabbitFX :( Didn't have it cuz it was making the game stuttery in my case some time ago. And that's the only mod that was broken without it :( But I like it so I had to download the RabbitFX again. It works now.

Each folder inside of that download is an individual mod, if you put all 4 folders in your mods folder, you're running 4 Changli mods at the same time which breaks them. Pick 1 of the 4 folders and run only that one.

Why does this mod and the other mod from the same author (where Rover is dressed in her normal outfit but a lot thiccer) don't work? I put them in the mod folder, i press f10, i even tried to use two different mod fixers and nothing happens, the game does not see the mod. Anyone managed to make it work? The author i think is Chinese so maybe it only works on CN client?

I'm using this mod and have since it was out. I have no problem with it and I'm playing on EU server. The one I posted here comes straigth out of my mod folder so it is already patch. there might be a problem on you side.

This mod is from MingChen right? I have his other mods like Chisa, Lynae and Augusta. They all work fine. Both Rover mods (he has two) - they for some reason don't. Where did you get that mod from? It's not on GameBanana, maybe there is some information on how to make it work somewhere?

I either got it from here, or from "the safe zone" discord. I checked again, it's working fine as is on my game, I don't remember doing anything particular when "installing" the mod.
This is a mod for Rover skin, so make sure you're wearing rover skin in game rather than her normal outfit. I use a different mod for normal outfit, both work fine with both installed at the same time. 

That's how it looks on my side. Works fine both in world and in menu.
