I think it should be fine. The current reshade is injected into the game through WWMI🫠

First one is a engine.ini that fixes kuro poor raytracing AKA makes it actually noticeable, second is reshade preset that gives a more "basic" raytracing look

No you can just put the ini, name it whatever you want, and in reshade you can select the ini file as a preset you can see I have quite a few ini files for reshade and I try to name them so I at least kinda know what I'm picking (the one I named cool preset dark is the one that was shared here)

 

also sent a screenshot where you can see where to select it. I usually use the folder button in reshade on wuwa to find where to put the ini's then I select which one I wanna use
