Sadly this is the best I can do. Wish I known sooner the Engine.ini had this much potential. I would like my setup to look like this 2nd pic though. (Note outline remover did assist as well).

It's something to do with what I believe is one of the immerse ones, just toggle on and off your stuff to see which is causing it. It's one that uses reflections but for some reason it decides to flip the entire with just a dark shadow outline that looks like wraiths are flying above you.
