If it's too big, then you can just delete whichever animations you don't want to downsize it. Delete > Press F10 > Done.

 

Install: Merge the mods folder with your mods folder, that's it. 

 

Controls:
Swap animation - B + Up arrow

 

If it looks frozen, Ctrl + R to reset it, 99% of the time that will fix it.

 

This one turned out WAY bigger than the initial plan, that is my fault for getting carried away though. Lumi out later today.
