You can't because she doesn't have arms underneath her jacket. The modder would have to recreate her arms and include them as separate texture.

IF your mod has toggles you can always find the keys within the mod's .ini file.

 

The Lumi mod I'm using has a number of toggles, as you can see. If you don't find any within your .ini file then the version of the mod you have just does not allow you to toggle. Try seeking the full version.

Sadly It don't. Also did u know if u use the skinselect impact app you don't need the ini to see if the mod has toggles.
