Need Help Setting Up SLABs

I've recently watched a YouTube name Ryu Soh (https://youtube.com/@ryusoh?si=ykCUXdKtgCfyP0H5)  Play Skyrim with some of these mods installed and it inspired me to buy the game and give it shot. Only problem is I have no idea where to start. Due to the nature of the content it's hard to find a tutorial, setup or even the mod themselves. Could you guys point in the direction to get these mods working on the SE edition as well as where I can find the mods he uses in the videos?
