Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue: I found the missing DLC content in 00_custom_clothes.txt inside the CFP+CBO Patch file.

Yea, I need to update all mods to add that option, as CBO needs to modify the custom clothes file to add the nude option.

Since I saw that it's possible to make a variation of clothes like normal and revealing

can I request a swapping gender, please?
men wear women's clothes, and women wear men's clothes

so it gets a little bit more immersive for a tomboyish character or roleplay as a traveling adventurer in disguise (would be nice if come up with 'chest bind' option) or just play as crossdressing men in general

Hi, might not be that simple, since the male and female mesh are different. Also things like boobs might be an issue, those are baked into the clothing, so might look weird, and not like crossdressing.

So for this, you probably need to do this mesh by mesh, and the fit the clothing.

I can look into it, but probably with really low prio, so dont expect things any time soon.

Why does "Make Love" and "Carnal Court Love" become unavailable after becoming landed? They work well for both adventurers and landed from the start, but somehow get lost in transition between the two.

Hi, might be worth asking in Carnalitas forum, if Make Love stops working, then its not a CBO issue.

Do you have Carnalitas Love Reimagined? That mod changes that you need to be at the same place as the target, so make sure to try with a character thats at the same place as you.

Hi, not seeing any obvious issues, I think maybe its an outdated CBO mod, where I still havent added the height sex, and due to that the animation just doesnt work or something similar. I'll need to go through the patches and make them up to date, until as a workaround, can you try this?

I changed it so that when sex scene happens, it will use the normal height animation, so maybe a bit more clipping into ground during carnal court, if you are using characters that are not the average height.

CBO Unofficial Animation sex height revert.zip 1.28 kB · 1 download

Thanks for the patch, much appreciated. I'm using the latest CBO Unofficial downloads (e.g., Base, Animations, Mesh) just FYI.

Any chance for a mega-patch for CBO+EPE+CFP+SD2+ED+Statues+CTR like you did for the old CBO? Right now both ED and SD2 crash on character creation if EPE is installed. EPE also crashes with Better Ruler Designer installed, don't know if that can be patched.

Hi, that patch is still on my todo list, will try do atleast the CFP + SD2 + CTR + Statues part soon. (will soon be on vacation, and have more time/energy)

For EPE, not sure if I need to wait for SD2 wardrobe mod, might have to check out the old one to see why SD2 needed an EPE comp patch.

Will probably need to wait for CFP+EPE at the very least, as that is a painful thing to patch, and I'd rather let someone else do it :)

Thanks for the reply. The devs on the EPE Discord said the CFP + EPE patch is going to take a few more days. And @Nihilst (author of SD2) is apparently working on a massive new update to SD2, not sure what it entails exactly.

On a related note, I'm getting repeatable CTDs on character creation with EPE and CBO (and all the CBO-EPO patches) installed. Tried it with just CBO and EPE (plus patches) and insta-CTD on trying to create new ruler or adventurer.

Posted

And the EPE-CBO Animations patch is not downloading correctly. Tried it three times and on install it says the descriptor mod is missing (even though it's not). I'm trying out the all-in-one EPE Patch instead.

Ah, fixed the CTD on ruler creator, but not in the all in one Patch, let me update that as well.

Sorry if the question was already answered, but has CBO been updated to include the latest dlc, the West Slavic clothing pack?

Hi, yea 1.6 should include it. I still need to update some of the patches, so that you can actually select the new clothing, like with CFP now you wont be able to select them.

It's possible to play with CBO Unofficial (Base + Meshes) and PA Unofficial without Carnalitas?
CBO it is, but I would like to have PA trait to work like Carnalitas ones (never used PA before, and i saw at first glance it seems to rely on Carnalitas)

(Like playing with the mods but without the sex scenes)

Looking forward to a "revealing" adaptation for the new clothes in the latest version!

Hi, I don't really have the same blender skills as Mange, so unless Mange comes back to do the meshes (or someone else who is more skilled), there likely wont be revealing versions of the new clothing.

Hi, CBO Mesh requires CBO Animation, due to some files that Mesh relies on are only added in CBO Animation. Also all the meshes are relying on the CBO skeleton thats added in CBO Animation.

Seems like PA does work without Carnalitas (based on a quick check), so if you just don't want sex scenes, then do Base+Animation+Mesh+PA Unofficial, and just skip Carnalitas.

PA adds its own traits, and seems like the localization doesnt rely on Carnalitas either.

if not mistaken (or have downloaded wrong version), some assets (traits icon) are taken from carnalitas.

Also,
(I'm new to PA, never used it before)
how are traits handled by PA? (assignation to AI Lords/Ladies, hereditary) Unless i did something wrong, traits where not shown like carnalitas ones are shown in AI.

Hi, seems to me that PA uses its own assets for traits, not the Carnalitas ones. (might look the same, but in gfx/interface/icons/ you can find the trait assets)

The way PA works, is that it assigns variables to characters, and instead of the game using genes to control what the character looks like, PA uses portrait modifiers to change what the character looks like based on these variables.

So lets say bust size, normally you would use gene_bust to change what the size of the character bust is, but with PA there are 3 genes, 1 is the genetic thats like current value, and a min and max value, that takes effect on inheritance. So a child will get a genetic value for their trait based on the parents min and max values.

The variables are not initialized on game start, as it would take too long, so instead its done on the characters first birthday in game, so takes a year for all characters to have traits assigned to them. The mod assigns them randomly from a certain range of values.

If you dont have a mod that changes gui, you should also see a button in the character screen, that when you press will initialize the values.

You can change the values for the traits in debug mode, or I also made a barber shop extension to change some (but maybe not all) genes.

So basically, all characters should have all the traits, and you can see the value of the gene when hoovering over the trait.

The main drawback with PA, is that all these variables just take a long time to manage, so can slow the game down. Theres not many mods that actually take effect of the traits being variables. It can be useful in situations, like say you want to make sure certain characters have big bust size, and also make sure that their offspring that big bust size, you can do that with PA, and not with other mods, as you cannot edit a characters gene from inside the game.

I made a better barbershop mod for CBO that basically does something similar, lets you change the gene values for a character, by assigning variables to them, but its only for that character, and not inherited, but if you have issues with performance, that might be an alternative.

I guess you can try copy the folder "Carnalitas\gfx\interface\icons\traits" to the same path in PA mod.

Updated the EPE patch, for more bookmark + epe, will need to wait for the steam workshop comp patch to update first. (same with CFP and the other mods)

Thank you very much you are great. As you may aware, CFP + EPE released like 2 hours ago. Do you have any ETA for CBO + CFP + EPE compatch?

is there a way to "force" a trait to a character?

Character nudity used to be on adult age, 16 but now it only allows 18. Do you have a way to revert the condition back? I'm using a mod that doesn't age the character when they become adult.

Hi, I think you can do it in debug mode, but probably not supposed to do it with PA, as the traits are not really the ones that are important, its the variables. I think the traits are mainly there to show the value for the variables.
