Well you know I don't actually play the game but I get your point that it could become boring quite quickly.

 

I kinda like the idea you suggest of it only happening on idle maybe with a small delay before triggering. It could even be taken further for it to happen mid movement and block the player controll for a small amount of time to simulate the PC daydreaming.

I'm not sure you understand how the effect is achieved, its not done through nifscope, it is a single texture .dds that has equally spaced divisions relating to each frame of the animation and as such is limited to XxX numbers, I.E. 8x8 or 9x9 giving 64 or 81 frames. Its the effect shader that selects which portion of the image it displays at a given time. Its that effect you see when a dragon dies, its reading parts of the image to create a moving image.

 

As such I have a Gimp template that allows me to "snap each frame to its corresponding location on the 4k texture file, If anyone wants to have a go then I'm more than happy to share my template.

Yeah I'm currently making some outfits and have the latest CS beta from their discord and I did try the effects to see how it looked and there is zero definition, at some point I may come back to it  and revisit how they are displayed but I got a lot of things to make before that.

I'm not sure that it would be possible using ISM as we are dealing with particle effects, I have seen examples of animated files being projected onto a static .nif  but then you dont have either the outline or the movement and repetition that I can achieve with using effect shaders, It's maybe something I could look at as there might be possibilities I haven't seen however like I said I have a lot to do and the next thing I want to learn is using NiStringExtraData Prn to animate a .nif as my fellow discord owner just gave me a little guide on how it all works.

Is there some special installation instruction or a certain version of the hosting mod it works with? It hasn't produced either sound or any imagery (with any of the posted versions) coupled with CSNA

Shouldn't need anythng special but it won't work on an existing save, If your character is already addicted it won't work.

I think I installed both "at the same time", so there shouldn't have been an issue, (no addiction recorded at time of installation) but I'll give it a try on a new player game to be sure

Thank you for the mod. My current sex addict playthrough approves :)

 

Not sure if it's possible but is there anyway for this to continue playing when a Sxlab animation starts?

Sure if you know how to use Xedit then just remove every instance of this condition.

I'm no expert on Xedit but have used it at times for minor edits to mods.

Thank you for the kind words about my screenshots. I don't do many screenshots nowadays but always happy to help.

 

Appreciate the offer to make and editted version of the mod. As I've been working long hours this week and havent taken a look yet at in Xedit yet.

 

I also got to thinking is there a way to make it only play during Sexlab animations rather then when working around? I'm guessing that would be alot more then just editting the above for it play in Sexlab aniamtions as well.

Nope it's all in the conditions, instead of if being a negative condition its a positive.

 

 

CumDreamer.esp

 

put this in the data folder and let it overwrite the current one.

 

Visions will only play during a sexlab event.

can't get it up and running :( 

Waited till my SLS hunger and addiction dropped till 0.0000, enable the mod and it still don't want to show me anything? 

Any way to get it running by console command or anything?

Did you start a new game after installing?

 

To check, start a brand new game then after everything has loaded in type                                           set _CSN_CumAddictionPool to 200

 

Then wait 1 hour ingame and it should trigger.

Just tried it on my current save and a new game save. In both cases: unknown variable

hi

this mod worked for an earlier save with SLS

 

Now on a new save with CumSwallowNeedsAddon 1.5.3.6 and no SLS, it doesn't trigger.

  • I did download Cum Dreamer.7z, not the SLS version
  • Cum Swallow Needs Addon works fine, I used a lot of vials to get to addicted, no dreaming animation or sound

Just to confirm, you said you got addicted but did you wait to become hungry aftrewards?

thanks, yes I did. 24 hours -> hungry got triggered. then starving later.

Hmmm could you check the active magic effects, there should be 2 examples of hungry or whatever level you are at, 1 from the needs addon mod and 1 from this one.

thanks, yeah i remember this is the correct way its supposed to work. it was like this in SLS

 

unfortunately i only see 1 effect for addiction level (addicted etc.) and 1 for hunger (peckish etc.)

I've waited, upgraded status to test, its the same. only 1 effect for each

You got the right version, you started a new game so I got no clue why it wouldn't work.

 

If I think of something else to try  I'll post it here.
