I haven't been modding lately, so sorry for the late reply. But, I uploaded version 1.9.9. which should be the same as Ostim version on Nexus + a few more bugs fixes.

I fixed the potion selection issue. Thanks for reporting it. As far as MCM, I have no idea. It loads quite fast for me.

It's safe to replace, either way is fine actually. No need to start a new game.

I am now testing for 2 days, first tried nexus version did not work immediately, LL version was better tried more animation on the tables and smoking.
In the end I overwritten everything with the Nexus version.
It doesn't matter used sexlab_to_ostim anyway. 
Sexlab EagerNPCSERev also worked to make the followers a lover. 
I still have a mistake, I lose as the ability Spells or Wapon,  is the teleport in Club? When I'm in the club, quickly save or sleep, finish the game,
I can pull spells or wapons again.
PS. the succubus is dangerous to the fire, it has killed me twice, nix to dredge with EagerNPC.

Could you add an option in the MCM to disable that interior fog/mist? Because my computer doesn't like it one bit and crashes anytime i try to sleep/wait inside (That was the reliable and repeatable crash, it also does it at random)

This mod is awesome! One of my favorites, but I agree... If there was an option to remove the fog, my computer would also lose a lot of fps.

For some reason, I'm unable to interact with the girl who stole the mistress's ring. It's not letting me pickpocket her.

I noticed that as well. It's not just that npc. Sometimes the way they are sitting is an issue for any interactions including pickpocketing. In my case I just waited, an hour at a time, for a few hours, and she eventually stood up so she could then be interacted with.

Thanks, I am glad you are enjoying it. I wasn't planning on improving the mod right now, but if I change my mind I can look into the fog option.

There's a wall in between Jaree-Ra (the Argonian who has a little work if you're interested, traveler) and the stairs leading up to the barracks and temple. That wall has a door attached to it now, which is the entrance to the club.

It's the mod that adds the door/location. In vanilla it's just a wall. If there's no door there for you, you may not have installed the mod correctly. I can't help you further than that, I was just giving directions.

And in MY vanilla Skyrim, the wall there has a giant stone dragon head... this head disappears through a door with the CORRECTLY installed mod -> which should really be called a gate!

 

Now the real question is -> Did you even install the mod correctly?

Is there a mod in your loadout that permanently changes the "structure" of Solitude?

There are different Npcs that have the ring, the first time I was caught stealing, then WW2 broke out of my 3 followers made the club a battlefield, so I had to restart a savestand anyway. The second time I was smarter I instructed the followers to wait beforehand. With a 30sec invisible spell I could just steal the ring back, but the mistress doesn't want the ring back, at least there is no dialogue for it, have the ring in the inventory.
