Here I just pack all the voice files into a BSA with CAO.

Care to explain what do you mean?

Because FuzRoDoh/vanilla voices (NPCs) works fine while packed into BSA, but DBVO is a dll which seems to lack support for reading BSAs, as far as I can tell.

Damn, you are right!

I've just rechecked it and it indeed works - mystery remains to me what I did differently (wrong) when I tested that first time, not so long ago. Anyway, it works, what is good - DBVO mods were last type of mods I didn't have packed, what kinda bothered me.

For anyone having issue installing the Animal Mansion Bella voice file I found a few of the lines we're to large or long and it kept failing to install via Nexus Mod Manager.

I kept removing the lines 1 by 1 and then repackageing the file into a zip and retrying to install until it worked, only had to remove about 4 or 5 lines.

I've included my editted version that works for me atleast.

Try {{Dragonborn Voice Over - Plugin Replacer}}. I am using that with Bella DBVO and it solved my loudness issue. Maybe it works for you, too.

on p6 of this thread

well crap im an idiot, thanks so much.  how about Devious Slavery and Servitude which has a really great waitress job.  much better than radiant prostitution which only has 3 food orders.

I tried to do it on my own but it didnt work.  i dont have the bella voice so i just made wav files with young eager.  did a ssedit to csv then did batch file in xVAsynth. which created fuz and lip files but thats as far as i got.  i tried putting them in sound folder following other bella voice mod file structures.  no clue what im doing though.

so thanks so much for making all these voice packs. 👏

My guess is that it did not work because the file name has to match the spoken line exactly to fire in DBVO (which is why very long voice lines can cause CTD if the path exceeds the character limit (255?). If you look at the .fuz files in any Bella DBVO patch you'll see that (with spaces and punctuation as an underscore _). xVASynth doesn't output the files that way - it cuts the lines short and doesn't have spaces and punctuation as underscore. As long as you sort out the file names it should work.

That said, should not be a problem making a voice pack for the mod. The foregoing was a FYI.

Bella Voice patch for sexlab survival at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/89810?tab=files

there's still a lot of silent voice provided by that mod, the one i remembered the most when buying the license, the license guard wanted to see player's tits. after that when player is naked, player said a dialogue "...happy?", this one is silent. also, when the gate guard asking the name of the licenses that recently bought, the player dialogue is also silent. could you make an updated version to covers all silent voiced please? thanks

oh my goodness than you for taking the time to answer some questions.  so here is what the line looks like in sseedit.  this is what the .fuz line looks like in radient prostitution which does work. Do_you_need_anything__Food,_drinks_.fuz  i changed the .fuz file i had to look like this Can_I_get_you_anything__Food,_drinks_.fuz

so when i made the file with xasynth i made it with the .lip and .fuz, do i need to put both the files in the sounds?  or do i make a .wav and a .lip and then use the yaka something voice convertor to make the .fuz from the .wav and .lip.

is it ok if i used the young female to make the file in xasynth since i dont know how to do the bella once since thats an elevenlabs thing.

sorry for some many questions i just would really like to figure this out so i can make my own for all the mods that are missing voices.

Disclaimer first - I know very little about modding, a little bit of dabbling recently is all.... but I have used XVAsynth for NPC lines for some little personal mods I have made recently, so I have a basic knowledge of that programme. All of the Bella packs get generated automatically through tools made by others, so any tips on how to do it using XVAsynth manually are just my best guess based on my little knowledge (I am very much monkey-see, monkey-do). Hopefully I am not putting you wrong & these tips will help!

I use tools developed for ElevenLabs for Dragonborn voice over so it is all automated (but you have to use Elevenlabs). If you are making a Bella voice pack manually manually with XVAsynth I'd still use the SSeedit or Xedit scripts developed for those elevnlabs tools to extract the player lines (topics) into a text file, as that will save you a lot of manual work going through CK finding lines.

The SSEedit script is posted on page 3 of this thread. Drop it in your "Edit scripts" folder in your SSEedit installation. You right click on the .esp and apply the script and it will output a text file with all of the player lines. Or you can use the Zedit script at the link in Mordemer5's post on page 7 which might give you a better output. You can use that to batch generate the lines in XVAsynth (if you install the XVAsynth plug in for generating .fuz files when you batch create you will get the .wav, the .lip and the .fuz file, which will save you a step using Yakatori to create the .fuz files; the plug in is on Nexus).

That should save a lot of manual work getting your player lines in .fuz format for the Bella patch.

Then all you need to do is go through and rename the file names so DBVO will recognise the lines and they will fire.

This is done automatically for me because I am using elevenlabs and the tools for that, but I have manually corrected lines in batch generated packs a few times where they did not work and it was a file naming issue.

I got it slightly wrong in my last post. Not all punctuation is an underscore. Question marks, speech marks, and exclamation marks are though. I started putting the text file with topic lines in a folder in the Bella patches I made, so you can look at lots of example lines and how the .fuz file was named for the DBVO patch to help you rename your lines manually. Screenshots below of a bunch of lines and the .fuz files from the "Trappings of Fate" Bella patch.

Your renaming of the example file in your post looked right to me.

Sorry, forgot to answer some of your questions. You only use .fuz files for a DBVO patch. I'm pretty sure it won't work with .wav/.lip.

Use exactly the same folder structure as all the patches here, just put your .fuz files in the folder "voicebella" in the path [patch name]/sound/DBVO/voicebella.

You shouldn't need to change anything else. When I made my first Bella voice pack I just copied an existing pack, changed the main folder name & dropped my .fuz files in that folder and it worked...

You might also want to look at XVA Trainer on Nexus. If you can figure out how to use that you could train a Bella voice for XVA synth.

Elevenlabs is super easy, you can clone the bella voice is a minute or so, the pack generation tools that have been made allow you to generate packs automatically with a few clicks, but you need to sign up to a paid subscription to clone voices.

If you train a Bella voice for XVA synth you can do that for free & your bella voice should be similar quality to the other XVAsynth voices - but the manual renaming of files will be a lot of work for any mod with a lot of lines.

I would also change the file name for the patch as the length of that will add to the length of the file name, if you have issues. Make it super short & that should help with longer lines - you might be able to keep some.
