Porny Book Covers

Actually would a 2k or 4k texture version for these awesome book covers make sense or would that be overkill maybe (not noticeable etc.)?

 

And does anybody know of a bookshelf mod which lets us display the book covers and not only the book spines? So that we can enjoy the great cover art when looking at the books in a bookshelf? 🙂

I don't know, I mean to me 1k should be enough given the actual in game size of the books, but I guess a better resolution is always better - I chose 1k for better performance for different players setups 

Regarding the display, I only know about one myself which is apparently part of the Legacy of the Dragonborn mod ( a huge library displaying the book covers )

I can't speak for PyGee on this matter, but I do use LotD and Book Covers, which is supposed to be included in LotD.  I think we're unclear on what books have been added beyond that to LotD - for us there is overwrite and confusion.  PyGee does NOT use LotD, so forgive him for not responding forthwith.  I'll take a look at things shortly and see what needs done.  I'm under the impression at the moment that LotD adds alot more books than Book Covers ... covers ... So a patch for that may be out of the question.  Depends on what PyGee wants to do.  Because I use these mods, I will try to work closely with him and see what we can accomplish.

"Mystery of Talara" and "Dance in Fire" series have got to be my favourite ones to collect. Also "seed" series is something I like to have full set of.

I just have to say how much I appreciate this mod. It is so entertaining to pull books off a shelf to find the covers that I haven't seen yet. Some of them are really funny, and others are just plain hot 🥵
