Same! I'm guessing Kamie had enough of everything... again. They have a tendency to go back and forth on decisions... I don't intend to speak ill of them but yeah let's just move on from PoD and find greener grasses.

With that out of the way, let's go over some details:

 

Planned features:

-Genitals for male and female Pals

-Breasts for female anthro Pals (feral will not have them, that would be cursed)

-Anatomically correct genitals for feral Pals (ex: Direhowl, Rayhound, Frostallion, etc.)

 

Considerations:

-Anthro versions of feral pals

-Anatomically correct genitalia for anthro pals 

-Futa pals

 

Current team members:

-Zeta Zeraora (Concept artist, management of patron sites like Patreon/SS, finance management and discord creation)

-Nerius/salamansky (Concept artist, management of mod site, discord developper)

-Alex (Concept artist)

I would like to say that Palworld has consistently rejected its communities requests to have a way to donate. The leader has stated that no donations shall be accepted until the first release of the mod. I would say its worth talking to one of the staff members if you have any questions, a lot of nonsense got thrown around sadly, and it muddied the community. Good luck on your project if you do decide to continue it on your own though.

Funny you mention that, but after some discussion with the team, we've decided to do Anubis, Wixen and then Katress (so you're not too far off)

 

Also, there aren't any NSFW Katress mods out there? I thought there was lol

That's fair, I don't blame you. Not asking for any donations (the mention of it in the original iteration of the post was basically set expectations, not ask for donations. Obviously didn't word it correctly, but not your fault for assuming the worst)

 

And what do you mean by significant progress? There won't be much progress if there's only 3 dudes who don't model (that means we're paying a commission for a modeler and modder so we'd be scamming ourselves first). So yeah, stop eating those chili peppers and cool down a little xD

Yeah, I laughed with joy when I saw her butt. I didn't have to worry there. Some of the other mods by the same author and other authors too sometimes weren't generous enough with proportions. Please that in mind when you're communicating with your modelers. I like them "THICC" as the young people say now. lol

Understandable, the base NSFW version we're working on is going to be as little changes as possible to model proportions from the game. However, we are likely going to go for variations that people can choose, so a "thicc" version will probably happen. 

 

Some adjustments should improve some aspects of Anubis as well (it was funny finding out that Anubis's skeleton had no wrists)

Anubis is coming along well, we've finished male and female variants, clothes for the female (head dress, gauntlets, pants, top) and are working on the male's clothes now.

We've also been working on our image and branding to help identify our selves to the community, such as a watermark and art for our social pages.

Here's a little teaser to hopefully peak your interests and at least keep us in your side eye view while we build up to meet your expectations!~

That looks like a really good design.

There's currently a female Anubis model on the nexus but they got rid of the top completely to show off the breasts. By no means was that a deal breaker or anything but it was a shame to lose a significant part of their outfit since it added a lot to their style.

I think it's really cool that your design keeps the fashion put into their outfit intact but we still get to see all of the goodies.

Thank you~ We're trying to keep them as close as we can to their original design while also overhauling issues we find with the original model.

For example, Anubis, their wrist joint is actually halfway up their forearm, they have no teeth, the tail is too low to where it should be, their hands and feet look weird... and the worst crime of all... NO BEANS.

The interesting challenges before us are going to be remaking feral/semi feral Pals into anthro versions. This is going to require a complete rework of their animations and bones.

Later on we plan to hold polls for people to vote on what Pals to do next, what Pals to make new variants of, such as alternate genders, breasts sizes, dick/ball sizes, thicker proportions, ect.

There is a version with jiggle that has partial top (with boob windo), no top, with both masked and unmasked face. Based off the same naked base model which is already really good. worth a look.

One thing I might warn against is MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CLEAR / CONSISTENT VISION. Arguments about what a project is tears a project apart. Having a scope for a project that is too large leads to unfinished, abandoned projects. If there's some things you want to do and some things you know you're not going to do, then just be honest about it with your community and yourselves.

The other thing that worries me is that lots of the existing people in the project are concept art / management. Modelers and riggers will be the meat on the bone. Joining projects and dealing with other people in general can be a huge energy drain, and you'll need to describe clearly exactly what value you bring a prospective artist / modeler / rigger / etc by them joining the project. A factory full of managers, supervisors, and CEO's produces nothing < keep that in mind.

I've seen Aboobies, yes it's good, but our team decided to start here, we want to fix a lot of the issues people have with Anubis in the first place, such as their hands and feet.

We are fully aware, the current team is fully on board and we're working hard. We are in contact with a couple modelers/riggers/animators. After the fall of a certain mod team before us, they are on the fence about joining and want to see our concepts first to show we're serious. One of them is leaning towards joining but he wants to finish his current que of mods first before devoting his time, which is understandable.

Thus is also the reason for this post, to find other like minded people who share the vision of a better, lewder Palworld~<3
