You have been on this forum for less than a year, produced zero mods, engaged in no discussion anywhere, did not participate in any projects. Now you come here posting a discord server with the vaguest possible plan, no indication of the people involved, no concrete feature set or timeline, or any reason for why we should believe you will actually deliver a mod.
 

What please do tell makes you think you should be the face of this modding effort rather than people with an actual track record in making adult mods?

Yeah they really need to nip that in the bud, server at the moment needs a major resorting with the amount of horny degens in it. Furries and vore fetishes always take to discords like cancer to prostates.

I feel like there are more fundamental issues with the server than some people you don't like being present on them.

Eh, Discord servers are only as good as the people who make/run them.

The problem is too many people decide to make discord servers for things that really don't need them, and inevitably those servers devolve into a general social server. Discord servers are great for a social hangout of people with a shared interest, like Gundam building or Skyrim modding- channels can be dedicated to topics surrounding these, and then an off-topic channel or two the same as there's some off-topic forums here. They're also good for small groups like TTRPG groups or guilds in video games.

 

Public facing Discord servers are not a good idea for development projects though.

I don't have issues with furries and other questionable fetish-havers themselves, it's just that they seem to overlap with the people who have a habit of overstepping the boundaries in discords and forums. I mean just look at the Palworld discord having to try and control the users salivating for the 'bestiality' and rape mods, keep that stuff to forums like this and don't flood it out into areas where it might draw backlash.

 

I hate to say it but if the modders want to make the palhub discord the main space for the mod/mods then they better have some damn good wranglers on hand. Better yet, users could have some restraint and not spam tons of unrelated shit like they do in pretty much every public discord available.

I doubt we'll have anything big until the devs release some kind of modding tool that lets us develop mods which includes custom animations. Replacements seems easy enough, such as a nude mod, but it'll take a while for Palworld to see an animation mod unless we get mod tools. I did heard that palworld uses the same engine a porn game uses, but its like thinking anyone can make a porn mod out of a game that uses Unity. Not a developer so I am clueless.

I was on the server but I was only interested in the updates. People do send a ton of lewd pictures but sometimes its furry porn unreleated to palworld. The smug cloudgirl was interesting though

That should enable modders to do just about anything, I think.
It's super neat that we can just create external blueprint modules and load them in. Pretty sick.

Shit went down in the discord, seems like a bunch of the mod team left the project because of differences in opinion on what the mod should include (this is all I'm getting from the discussion at the moment, apparently it seems like some of them get cold feet on non-anthro/noncon stuff after the main palworld modding discord made that announcement). Head dev apparently has the coding side of things in check, but is looking for people who can model in blender so if you are interested in joining consider checking it out.

so @everyone i have bad news to share with all of you. Unfortunatly the entire Dev Team has Collapsed. I have no clue why or what exactly caused it but i will continue to try to find out what happened. As a result we are now looking for blender modelers again. DM me for more info on becoming a modeler.

 

Reposting for those that have not bothered with the Discord channel, and to hopefully get word out, and maybe we can get some people on board to make this vision come true.

If I knew how to model or code I would help, but sadly I bork everything I try to make in blender when I change it over to Ogre for Kenshi, whenever I get that worked out maybe I can learn to help others for non personal projects like this.

Learn they were just a bit too ambitious, read: 6 anims per pal, that's suicide, there's just no way, hope they get modelers around, with 8M people purchasing this game it will be a waste to not make sex mods

Kind of a waste if it's just monster girl central and barely even furry instead of actual furry pals/the proper pal design, honestly.

I really hope someone does the game and it's designs justice and we get a lewd/sex mod for the actual stars of the show - the Pals themselves, rather than half-hearted monster girl designs that aren't really the pal but a human that LOOKS like the pal, imo. Noncon'd be nice too since the game has combat, but I'd take what I can get so long as it doesn't get diluted by stopping half-way through.

Mind you, I mean no actual disrespect. I like monster girls too, We just have so many things that are already monster girl centric and this game has amazing designs for it's pals. Why waste it?

I was expecting con/noncon with pal creatures along with humans. Weird that some devs wanted to go to an anthro route. Then again the discord was full of mostly furries

the discord now demand your iD to access the channel, you give it to the bots and u have access to all, bus sorry it's internet and posting your id is dangerous. they say it's to confirm the fact ur 18+ and i think it's ridiculous. if the mods are not posted outside of the discord, all of this have no use to the magorities of people who think with their brain, because im sorry, but i'm not giving to anyone, not even a bot, my id for some sex mods, the risk is too big for that, and who said my id will go after giving it, or what will happend if someone Hacks the bots and get all those id. It could get messy for a lots of people. Too risky for so little reward.

I feel like only few games ever have gotten satisfactory mods from the games I've played: Skyrim, sims, rimworld and fo4. Not gonna hold out any hopes but for what it's worth if it does go anywhere I hope it's got things for everyone

Honestly i never got why soo many people need to turn things anthomorphs especially when the said show/game already has anthro chars.

 

Have you ever seen an anthro Gatomon? Its just....wrong. Waste of art really, instead of using the original form we just have girls cosplaying as something they are clearly not.
