Grimbold the unlovely Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I have been getting a strange bug where I have a bounty of 5 septims placed on my head for no apparent reason, often after having sex. Most often the bounty is with the orc strongholds, but sometimes with cities, and guards come charging into bedroom while I am having sex. It is a real drag, as well as a violation of my private space. (Pierre Trudeau: "the State has no place in the bedrooms of the nation." Tell that to the Whiterun guards!) Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what might be causing it? A sexlab mod perhaps?

Maybe the 2 of you should exchange load order and mods your using and see if anything out of ordinary pops up. +5 only happens when assault is triggered or trespass. So you may want too look for anything that make changes to that in your game.
Cacophany24 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 Huh. I have this issue as well, but I only noticed it when a guard noticed the act, so I figured it was some misdemeanor for indecent public conduct or whatever. I was under the impression that those bounties were intended.
D_ManXX2 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 yes if you are using sexlab submit and an guard sees you do it will also add +5 bounty and the sex acts should be terminated as well.
Grimbold the unlovely Posted October 28, 2013 Author Posted October 28, 2013 So the problem will go away if I deactivate sexlab submit? I'll give that a try. Sorry to see that mod go, but these random bounties (they occur even when I do not have sex) are driving me mad.
D_ManXX2 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 no i did not say it was sexlab submit but another mod who changes the tresspass or crime, sexout submit works well i even use it and i have not ever seen this bug occur. Something else is causing it.
Belchen Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 Just face it, your characters are just low life, criminals. I might add. I get the same thing. Are you using Prison Overhaul, Sexlab submit or if you have Guard Dialogue Overhaul, too. I'm going to try Guard Dialogue overhaul. Also, get speech up so you can at least pay a fine and be on your way. The bug doesn't seem to come out until I do the horn quest for the Old perverts on the mountain. Greybeards, I think others call them. Also, make sure your auto-saves are off. Even save on rest and everything. It also seemed to start up when a wedding party didn't want to let their valuables go. For re-education purposes, their bodies needed to be dismembered, but the girl was let go. I thought I'd let her think, long, about how her actions disrupted the economy of the game. She wasn't happy about the fate of her, groom to be... Or not to be, either. The guards in the holds, started coming after me every 24 hours. Instead of restarting the game, I got the guard perk for speech, so i just pay them off now. Killing all the guards just seemed to tick off the local Jarls. Their fate will be fore-told in many of song, when the time is right. Try to play the game without any sex mods. Well, yes, some things just aren't possible.

I think the source of the problem is sexlab romance. Having unchecked it, I have now enjoyed 48 hours (skyrim time) without any new bounties. They used to occur very frequently. I shall miss sexlab romance, but there are other options out there. sexchat (by the same author) is very similar, and submit also has some good dialogue options for consensual sex. I am still using sexlab 1.15, so I don't know if any of this is irrelevant for those of you whio have made the leap to 1.20 and beyond. Has anyone made that leap without mishap? I have been spooked by all the problems I read about.

Aftrer 3 days I was sure I had rid myself of it, but I am once again getting random 5 bounty in orc strongholds. I am no ready to delete the entire bounty system. Anyone know how to do this? For example in SexLab Romance's case, choosing either the 'I want to treat you like a whore'/'I want you to treat me like a whore' options, which trigger aggressive scenes?

The bug occurs when these 3 mods are active: Alternate start live another live: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9557 Sexlab Submit: And Enhanced Skyrim Factions: The companions http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22650 Let me explain, the + 5 will not always be apparent only with certain start like become forsworn/ or one of the bandits start where your character will already start with a bounty on his head. Especially the forsworn where the bounty is already high, you will notice this when you are being harassed by one of the companions try to constantly harass you by trying to talk to you even though there is no arrest on them it seem these guys also have the ability to constantly spam your character with +5 bounty. The only way so far is going to the town where your bounty is from in my case it was the reach so i went to Markath and paid my bounty in full and it seem the script has stopped spamming me with +5 bounty.
