I did try it, finally *FINALLY* got this one and another of yours to work but it crashed as I was gonna try the beast broodmother thing

So far only Phaze Beasts is updated, using this mod on version 1.13 could cause issues.

I mean I'm a lesbian but I also like futas and also in CK3 it serves a mechanics function because it lets you have children without your main character having to get impregnated by men. If I could have futa without balls I'd always choose that but I've just been happy to be able to play as a female character and have a line of succession without relying on charitable for adoption or immaculate conception mods.

Early on I was going to make a variety of sexual organ combinations, but that would have been WAY too much work. Anyway, update coming out today. Testing and fixing is all that remains.

You should get those insecurities checked up man, there's better hills to die on than "futas aren't gay".
You sound like "it's only gay if the balls touch", "I'm not gay but a 20$ is a 20$" or "kissing my homies goodnight, no homo".

Also balls are nice  there's is ugly and smelly balls just as much as there is ugly and smelly vaginas.

Version 12 "Roads to Power" Update

At long last the 1.13 update is here. Thanks to the aid of Finisher, there was time to do more than just porting the mod over!

• Updated Decisions, Schemes and other things to the new 1.13 structures
  • Added Decisions and Court Position groups for Futanari
• New event window crafted by Finisher! Let us know if you like it or not.
  • You can hide characters and UI elements with buttons in the top right!
• New Landless Adventurer Support!!!
  • Futanari andless adventurers can access Futanari only contracts! (There is one in the game currently, identified with the Futa symbol)
  • Changed the Enclave appearing event for landless players
    • They will still approach, but as landless you cannot make an Enclave. Instead you can let some of them join your camp!
  • Added 2 new Internal Camp Domicile Upgrades. One requires being a freebooter, the other requires accepting the enclave wanders
    • These building grant access to old and new Futa MAA as well as some buffs.
  • **Some content is landless exclusive, the Enclave is LANDED exclusive
• New Rut prisoner interaction that can be used on females prisoners as a Futa
• New Backed-Up trait expansion. Now when asigned the trait you will also gain a sub type, noted by the end of the description. They will change some events. The types are:
  • Over Productive
  • Low Hanggers
  • Standard
  • "Small"
• Added new dynamic backed-up event if you or another Futa has the "small" sub group.
• Updated Futa Fathered Trait: It now lists the parents in the description so you always know the parentage!
• Ruins investigations are accessable to landless adventurers and no longer break if you die with an active ruin
  • Updated the modifiers of ruin artifacts
• Futa Fucksleeve court position is available to landless Futanari and it's bonuses have been improved
• 3 new Futanari "bandit" MAA
• Futa Invaders sponsored through the Enclave have a chance to become conquerors if allowed by your game rules, they will also be supplied fertile women to continue thier bloodline.
• Added new Message types and added Message filters option for them.
• Added some religious doctrine and cultural tradition bonus considirations to Futa Births
• Other bug fixes and tweaks

Does it work with 1.12.5 ? 
because I don't  feel like moving to 1.13 I can't play the game without Milfy it does give unique and fun gameplay to the game

Stay on Version 11 if you want to play with 1.12.5. CK3 1.13 changed a lot of things mechanically that updates meant for this version of the game would not be backwards compatible.

Patch 1

Unfortunately in the haze of finishing the update I made a few mistakes. None of them are game breaking, but they will stop some features from taking place. This might require a new save, but if you already got attached to a playthrough just update *after* you are done.

• Fixes Futanari Invaders reciving lovers
• Correctly the landless Futanari enclave encounter to actually enable the buildings (Needs a new save if already joined...)
• Fixes small errors with Futa Contract generation
