I was terribly wrong.
You can't bind the mesh to just one skeleton and export it, the export script cuts the mesh itself.
And it doesn't do a good job at it, because it doesn't divide the mesh according to the UV seams but according to the bones names.
You can try out my test mod that I posted recently.
You can see that there are ugly seams problems in the shin and knee area.
I wholeheartedly claimed that the glitch in the legs had been fixed.
As it turns out, I didn't fix anything and was just talking shit.
The tool maker suggested that we use the skeleton in tr11_lara.drm instead.
I'm currently testing how to correctly paint the weight maps on the mesh so that it works.

And I have a question for you, how did you manage to cut your mesh so that there are no seams?
I can't really solve the problem, especially when Lara moves, there are almost always holes in her hips and armpits.

Ah I see. Yeah I noticed the cutting by the tool as well, so I was wondering.
About your problem. It sounds like it might is a weightmap related issue. Maybe you can try with a weightpaint reference, like I have suggested before. To do this: In Blender you unseperate each part from the skeleton and join all parts into one mesh (This will give you a full weightmap including weights for all bone). When you do your weightpaint edits you work on this full reference. When you are happy with your edits you use the Transfer weights tool in blender to transfer from the reference to your parts. Hope this helps. If the issue still persists you can drop me a PM

My friend, do you have a video explaining how to create a mod by downloading a ready-made mod and modifying it like this? If possible, I downloaded the modification tools, but I am finding it difficult to start using it, and I do not want to take time. I want to use a ready-made modification and imagine it in Blender like this.

إليك شيء صغير كنت أعمل عليه. في الأساس نسخة محدثة من TR13 Lara.
يستخدم أيضًا الرأس الأصلي ومفاتيح الشكل ويوجد 0 طبقات للرقبة. متاح قريبًا للجميع والمزيد سيأتي على patreon الخاص بي:)

@uubby

Nobody can give you what you ask for, you will have to invest time if you want to create mods yourself.
Unfortunately there is no magic button.
In addition, the screenshots you refer to are from me and @Albertros and they are not from a finished mod but from mods that are still in development.

@Roko-2

It is entirely possible to create such a mod.
It will just take some time because you have to change the existing model from the game quite profoundly and/or create it from scratch, and new textures will most likely be necessary.

@uubby Asking the same question 5 time will certenly help lol. Now seriously, what you ask for is principally possible. You can totally import modded game files and edit them. But you still have to invest time and learn the tools. There is no way around

I am interested only for "Scales of Q". How do i do ? Do i need to go to your Patreon for to send the money ?

Did it exist on barefooted version ? Can i contact you on Nexus or here for to get it ?

Sweet thanks. Sadly I have no experience with 3d modeling, but if it's entirely possible, I will hire someone to do it. I recall back in Rise, there was a limit I think? I didn't understand it as much, but from what I gather you had hard limit on what could be done as you had to keep the same vertexes or so? Sorry it's been a while.

@Albertros

To me it looks very much like we can create a full skeleton for the entire body.
You just have to make sure that the bones (the vertex groups) not only have a bones ID but also an animation ID, then in theory it should work.
And the bones are already there for Boobs Jiggle, @Swiz19 has uploaded a few videos to the Discord where you can see that he's already done it.
Maybe you can ask him how he did it?

@beelzebub2063 That would be epic and make things easier for hd pubic hairs when I could use the legs for the hairs only.

Pretty much done with the mesh part. Now I just need to fix a few things on the normal map textures. The dynamic dirt maps work nice for 90% of the time. However those textures are blended based on values the game just sets depending on the situation. I think the dirt apply is a scripted action, while water can wash dirt off anytime. The dirt will decrease over time as well. As a result there sometimes is a smal issue with seams, like you can see on the last sceenshot. Not sure if that is fixable at all

This is what I want on the Nude Mods, they have decals, and Wet Effect as well, BTW does the SOTR Dirt Decal triggered by Event/Area ?
I was curious, when I make Lara rolling on the Dirts, she don't have Dirt in it...
IDK if that's happen on Normal Outfit as well... but I believe, the Outfit have Dirt Overtime when I play with it...

Yes, this is how it works. The game uses scripted events and triggers to apply dirt. This can be during cutscenes or triggered by players at certain points in the levels. So rolling around or walking in knee-deep mud will not apply dirt. Water will remove dirt any time when Lara comes in contact with it. Walking through thick foliage can also remove dirt. On top of that, it does decrease over time.

Annoyingly the game changes opacity based on the mesh and not on the texture alone. For example: The opacity of the dirtmap on her head can change at different times, to diffeent values than other mesh parts, introduces seams on a perfectly seamless texture. Looking into how this can be fixed.

Maybe via Vertex Color?
I'm not sure (I'm not on my PC) but I seem to remember that the vanilla head mesh has a different vertex color than the rest of the body...

Hm, I have never thought of that. Will see if it does anything :)

Does everything have to be done via blender? I actually found a freelancer but they only work with 3ds max.
