Shadow of the tomb raider modding (2023)

Recently, a major breakthrough in modding Shadow of the Tomb Raider happened thanks to arc_ and his tools and mod manager. It's finally possible to have mesh mods since its release in 2018. You can find the mod manager, tools, and everything over here. I released a full nude mod on Nexus that supports all the existing texture mods that were made for that body, so you can install it as usual or read the description on my page here and install it using the new way to play in DirectX12. I'm also working on a huge project to make every single outfit that Lara can wear in this game super skimpy. I'm about 70% done, but I have multiple projects going on right now, so it'll take a hot minute to release. The early access release on my Patreon will be soonish when the pack gets more content. You can see the preview for the outfits currently done, and it'll hopefully be released soon on my Patreon with a few outfits releasing publicly.

The truth is that I always hated this Reboot because they turned Lara into a copy of Uncharted and a survival game, that's why I refuse to play them, I hope that as this Trilogy ends, the next Tomb Raider games will be more similar to the classics in gameplay.

By the way, does anyone know what happened with the FanRemake of "Tomb Raider 2" since I remember that in 2017 they uploaded the 2-hour Demo but after that they did not give any more news and we are in 2023... Square Enix gave it the cease or desist or what really happened?

For me the lack of dual wield pistols in favor of a boring bow that u have to use for every single puzzle was pretty disappointing.

On the one hand, a wonderful job, but on the other hand, this mod also has the same problem as so, so, so many other nude mods.
Namely, really crappy looking nipples, either it's a stretched texture or the shape is kind of, I don't know... alien-like?
This problem is best seen in Dr.SlumpX's mods for the Resident Evil reboots, fantastic work with one really big drawback.

It was a total pain to mod due to no one ever releasing mod tools for it. Irastris made a pretty good nude mod a couple years ago but it didn't support dirt maps (part of the gimmick of TR2013 was Lara getting progressively muddier/dirtier throughout), so then last year Albertros made a mod off of Irastris' prior work showing how to mod body meshes into the game to make a nude mod that supported dirt maps. I prefer Irastris' textures over Albertros', but Albertros' is the superior mod overall.
 

Anyways, by the time these mods came along was almost a decade after the game came out so that's why no one's really bothered with TR2013 when it's so much easier to mod Rise of the Tomb Raider, and now hopefully with the recent developments on Shadow of the Tomb Raider perhaps body mesh modding will take off in 2024.

I have a question: which version of Blender and which version of the import/export add-on did you use to import the “Scales of Q” outfit into Blender?

When I try to import paerdoll_piece_tr11_lara_yaaxil_torso, i.e. the "Scales of Q" (ingame name) outfit with Blender 3.6 Add-On Ver.1_1_2, only the arms and skeleton are imported, nothing else.

Original mesh extracted from the game and only slightly changed, mainly the shape of the breasts and proper 3D nipples.
Before anyone asks, the panties are self-made.
