T pose from hell

I'm very new to modding and cant find what is causing the t pose.

I have disabled, all animation mods and purged my mod list and it still persists.

Below is my mod list, I use vortex and am playing the most up to date AE

Any help is appreciated

Are all of the mods you're using the correct versions? Also, do you have all the requirements for the mods? If not, it can cause serious game breaking glitches like this.

Reinstall XP32 maximum skeleton special extended and move it low in the load order as some mods like schlongs_of_skyrim usually come with their own skeleton.  So if you installed SOS after installing MSSE then SOS will overwrite MSSE skeleton and if you installed SOS first and then MSSE but have SOS last in the load order then SOS will override MSSE as it loads after MSSE so you'll want to have MSSE last in your load order to prevent it from being overwritten by other files.

If you use or used any animation mods, make sure to re-run FINIS or Nemisis.

I just reinstalled xp32 skeleton and put it after SOS and here is my FNIS error when I have all mods enabled.

It does say the FNIS is not Skyrim SE compatible but I checked not only is it the right one but a a sanity check I reinstalled it, so Im not sure where the problem is.

That's telling you that the MNC mod you have installed is not for skyrim SE. Uninstall it and get the correct one for SE.

Just uninstalled all FNIS and reinstalled it from the Skyrim SE page and I'm still getting the same error, and the only thing I see about FNIS and skyrim AE is that FNIS might be fazed out for nemesis.

It's not FNIS, it's MNC. You need to remove your MNC installation and get the one for Skyrim SE.

Just disabled everything pertaining to that then purged and re ran everything still getting that error, and t pose I have already done 2 full game wipes Full uninstall and erasing all data in the skyrim folder will I need to try that again?

Disabling, removing or deleting your entire game folder isn't the solution. Specially if you'll reinstall the same incompatible MNC files right after doing it.

 

The version of MNC you have is not compatible with SE. I don't know how you install your mods or which mod manager you're using. But it's a simple matter of removing the mod in question and getting the one made for SE/AE (use google or one of the posts compiling SE/AE mods like the blue links in my signature to find it).

i see in your hidden list that mnc is the latest but Fnis says otherwise !

 

i do not see any skse and i wonder if you use the gog version or you simply did not run Fnis correctly .

 

show your complet Fnis logout text , so we might help to make it working .

Here is my full Fnis text, I should have skse, and I'm not sure what the skyrim GOG version is but I haven't used anything in regards to it.

apparently this may happened as it is mentioned in the animation troubleshooting of MNC read page ( More Nasty Critters Special/Anniversary Edition - Framework & Resources - LoversLab  ) 

WARNING: Windows (Vista/7/8/10) Security may interfere with updating/overwriting the FNIS behavior files.
you may not even get a error message telling you that this has happened.
make sure FNIS and your mod manager (if your using one) are running with administrator privileges.
NOTE: try deleting "Data\meshes\actors\character\behaviors\0_master.hkx" and re-running FNIS again, that sometimes helps.
