What do you mean with "resizes textures"?

 

Make a lot of textures for Skyrim and I use GIMP (free) - http://www.gimp.org/. You'll need a plugin so that you could open dds files too: http://registry.gimp.org/node/70

Unfortunately, it seems that the armor in my posted picture was modified to add the dark chainmail.

That is really sad, it's a beautiful mod.

I know at least the clothes, which are from JackGa's MaMa Armor 2. Mediafire link for original CBBE version, and 7B version. Thanks to Skyrim ModType for making it easier to find. 

 

I'm going to assume the boots are from an recent mod too. Seriously, does anyone notice recent screenshots often showcase recent mods?

Don`t know if anyone else has responded to this but, I use "Optimizer Textures" on the nexus.  Soo many options and it works a treat!  Look it up and have fun!
