Sexlab Anim Stage Labels

Now that the animation package has been updated, can the tags in it be updated? Or can I add some tags myself?

I think we can do it, just refer to the modder section:
 

For SL Animation Creators,

 

ASL labels in SL Animation tags are structured with only 3 characters : 

 

Stage Number + Stage Label  

example :

3FV  (Stage 3 , Fast Vaginal)

5SB   (Stage 5 , Slow blowjob)

But it doesn't seem to work though, I tried to add some tags to some new animation in the SLATE action log for human and creature but the tags doesn't show up like this image:

 

Hope someone know how to add these tags

I have the same problem, what do you mean install animations? Do i have to redo the sexlab registry and reinstall everything through SLAL then run SLATE?

I just keep getting 0 out of whatever improted into action log.

NVM ya its because its newer animation sets not updated. Any likelyhood the newer stuff gets added to this?

whats the reliable way to get the SLATE steps working? ill wait 30 minutes to an hour sometimes and it will still not finish (not even sure it started or got hung up) importing the action log.

Is this compatible with SL P+? After importing the human.json data, then saving and reloading nothing shows up in the action log or actions in file.

Read the requirements. First these files are for the mod SLATE which in turn assigns new tags to the animations... then his other mods can recognize those tags and  use for expressions, voices etc (Quite brilliant I might say). His other mods also modify SLSO, and Sexlab scripts to control the animations...

 

Now to your question... In their infinite wisdom SL P+ is completely different in everything... which in turns makes it not compatible with this mod or many others. It will be ok if its done to improve anything...  but the several times I've try it it has been a buggy mess. It needs its own animation files, everything its own ecosystem and most of it doesn't work (At least 3 or 4 months ago the last time I tried).

How to use? :

first of all you need SLATE installed. (also get the SLATE patch from https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/10316-osmelmc-mod-tweaks/)

1) open Slate in MCM and import SLATE_ActionLog - ASL Human.json

2) save the game and reload the game. you should see about 4k+ actions after reloading

3) click on "Reapply actions"

4) wait

5) Save your game

 

My slate does not have a SLATE ACTIONLOG - ASL Human.json

where did you find the human..json data at mine doesn't have it

Witchever .json I importing,saving and reloading or even exit and reopen mcm I got nothing shows up in the action log or actions in file.

Great mod. really hope development continues! My biggest gripe right now is the instructions can be a bit messy. I also hope support for npc/ npc or npc/creature can be improved, especially the ASL sound effect which seems to only work with the PC.

Im still confused about what exactly this mod does?  All the anims I'm using now seem to play appropriate noises at each stage?  Does it add new noises to match the timing of anims?  So the cheeks clap in time? 😅

Also what does it mean if I have 6K actions in the log but it only loads 2K?

It's mostly working except during the scenes due to the lack of all the tags. It would probably not even be that hard to add the tags in in the SLAL to SLSB conversion script

While a bit annoying to setup the slsb packs sexlab p+ is a lot less buggy and best of all is the scenes actually play immediately. While on original sexlab I'd constantly wait forever for it to decide if it felt like working or not.
