Ok lets go case by case. Also I am assuming you are using legendary edition as thats the section you asked this question, if you didn't just use google to look for SE links all of those work on SE as well. If you are on AE good luck lol.

 

For pregnancy Fertility mode or Hentai pregnancy (first one is both here and on nexus, if you want to use it on decent amount of npcs look into Fixes for it, if you just wanna do a couple npcs and or player character I wouldn't bother with those). Beeing female has cool features, but its not in a playable state, there are ways to get animations from it to play in Fertility mode though.

There are other mods like Corruption or Bimbos that do some body changes as well.

Hypnosis... bimbos has some NPC hipnosis options, for player hipnosis one of the DD mods that add devious devices to some vanilla stuff has mask of clavious that has some hypnotic effects, if you are interested I could hop into xedit and look for which mod exactly was that.

Body modification: Corruption, Bimbos of Skyrim, SexLab Parasites - Kyne's Blessing <- pretty self explanatory what it adds, SexLab Hormones. Being A cow alternative (most of these are both for npcs and player)

Rape for player raping npc I have no clue which defeat mod is the best, Defeat Baka is only good for PC and follower.

Skyrim has a fuckton of weird fetish mods, but it would be much easier to recommend some if I at least knew whether you want a more dominant chad player type of playthrough, submisive or a mix of both.

Since then I also found out public whore has some sort of hypnosis quest in windhelm I think?
