That would be Shadow Witch (converted to BBHUNP). Daegon does ask to be dressed up like a witch and this seemed like the best outfit for her to wear that fit the description.

There is 3bbb bodyslide update that I think adds physics, but not too sure off hand if it actually does or not.

Crimson Dragon, I do not like the boots/stockings because of the reflector on the stockings and the bright color on the boots heel, so I do a mashup with Mystique 2 stockings and Heels and of course Jewelry...

EDIT; and this mod because it has an upgradeable buckler that is nicely done for females to use, nice floral pattern on front and back, petite, paired with the Rapier from  DX's Crimson Blood Armor it actually looks like something that would be carried & used by a Female.

Two I use when playing a Male character, because for me the best looking Armor in the base game for Men is the Blades Armor, get tired of looking at it..

Nordic Wanderer Equipment SSE  Not upgradeable is the downside, never understood why one would go to the trouble of making armor and limit the upgrade like that.
