i don't think it will be ported to newer versions
if that was something that's going to happen i would expect like half a year or 3 entire year because of the constant changes in the codes, if that happens i would want to see how far it goes

the best way to see update progess is from trolmastercard's twitter, the fapcraft.org site will post the updates when they are done i assume. Trolmastercard said she is working on a few other projects so it might take some time from update to update but there should be atleast some progress happening unless trolmaster says something herself.

There is a discord but it requires actuall ID and sometimes your face, both censored but still. most people including me arnet so willing to give all that to strangers online so unless you really want mods for the mod there isnt much reason to get into the discord.

Lets recreate this in minetest instead, it is lua based, well documented and open source and the user base number looking promising to be a successor to minecraft.

It had also a build in mod loader so making mods work like skyrim is not unfeasible task.

The only thing that is written in rules states no sex mods, but I assume that if we not upload to their offical mod database and use only in private servers/offline then it should be okay.

I've been taking a look at this for quite some time and although there are plenty of people claiming this file as "legit" and not containing any sort of malicious code it is highly suspicious as all of the links to the main mod page leads to a blocked website stating that it is potentially containing malware. There are several sources stating this is a RAT and several sources saying "I've used this for X amount of time and have no virus" The communication with the new developer, the lack of discussion in the discord all leads me to believe that this mod is not to be trusted immediately. I cannot say 100% its a virus or 100% legit, I've never been this confused with a mod before. With the "fracturiser" malware being a major wakeup call for blindly trusting minecraft mods, I'm just trying to advise people to be cautious. With that being said, does any one feel this mod is to be trusted or should it be something I pass up on.

If it serves as any consollation, i also did not trust the source, but decided, "why not just download, and then put it through VirusTotal?", after all, a number of over 50 anti-viruses scanning it, and saying it is false for all, is more believable than just saying "Trust me bro, your wanks are safe in this Minecraft mod".

So far, however, there also hasn't been much added to the mod, so it's not like there's a huge rift of "impossible claims" to lead more users towards it. Most of the ground work was done by schnurri before the new creator took over, their only addition, what feels like their OC and it's daughter, fit into the mod, but aren't anything groundbreaking.

Its a shame that Fapcraft is the only "good" Minecraft sex mod out there. Sadly it seems not much people is interested in making a different one.

the mod is a bit spooky because it contained DRM at launch when the new developer took it over, the DRM is propably still in the mod but just deactivated because servers couldnt handle the amount of players.

 

The way the DRM worked was, when you want to play with the mod your game client had to connect to a server wich checks your minecraft account and if it is part of a list of accounts that has verified being 18 by showing their ID in their discord server.

 

very spooky i dont know who would even show their ID for something like this and i hope it never comes back.

 

I think this is allso the reason the source code doesnt get released, because they might still plan to reintroduce the DRM and dont want people to break it.

 

It would propably be really interesting to see whats inside the mod if someone manages to crack it but at the very least i would expect some performance gains from removing the DRM.

well there is other mods but, its hard due to legal problems if you search for long, or other kind of problems like what happened to Schnu, or they are paywalled behind a patreon.
it's not like i condone DRM stuff but if it is a way to restrinct minors from using it i understand completely.
still i hate when it comes to very good games of course, because it makes like all your work for getting components for the pc was for nothing.
of course there are other problems but that's not something i know much

If there is some other NSFW Minecraft paywalled mods I'd like to know, because all I know Schizu had the only one with sex in it and now that mod is full of drm.

Schnu's mod to my knowledge never had true DRM, it just prevented you from using non-public versions. If you got a "free distribution" version then anyone could use it.

Granted, such Patreon/payer focused release method, along with making money off of Mojang's game as adult content, probably made Microsoft's legal team trigger-happy.

Only other adult mod i've seen, that seems like it has legitimate content, is for the Bedrock/MCPE version, and only Notch knows if that one is updated or not, found it on the Nexus Mods.

Unsure if this is the right place, but during his F95Zone rant, someone leaked a ton of  girl-changing resourcepacks and other content from his discord server you typically need an ID for, that post got deleted shortly after but I did manage to download it all and back it up to Google Drive, here.
