Red Triangle Problem

I know its a mesh problem, but does anyone actually know the steps to fix this problem, already spent a week trying to figure this out.

Why did you open another thread?

 

If you knew it was a mesh problem then why didn't you say that in the first thread?

 

How to fix it is obvious. Find out which mesh is missing and why.

 

Given that you have provided next to no information it is unclear how you expect anyone else to have the answer.

You can guess from where the red triangles are positioned what could be missing and check for mods that change that part of your Skyrim.

For example red triangle where a plant should have been? Check mods that effect plants.
