Requesting a Loli race mod

Is it possible for somebody to add a Loli race to the list of races for the game? I'd do it myself but I don't know the first thing about modding skyrim. I've seen a thread where somebody made a "Loliworld Skyrim" mod where everybody was a Loli, but that isn't what I'm looking for because, well, I don't want "everyone" to be a loli character, I would just appreciate the work put into it if somebody added a new Loli-like race along with some added loli-npc characters for flavor, lore and quest lines.

 

I'd like it if it worked with the apacchi hair, Caliente CBBE body mods.

There's the Children Of The Sky (COTS) mod in the downloads section here, its a UNP body but has an immense library of armors and clothing available.

 

For CBBE you can try the MonLi race mod (also in the downloads sectio).

Huh, that's odd. What happened to the Loli mod thread from when Skyrim was first released? It had like a huge list of various loli mods people were working on, with pictures, and discussions, and everything... But I can no longer locate it.

Nude skins for children are allowed even if they are questionable.

 

However children mods with sexual features are forbidden.
