I found the problem and fixed The Bordello and OfficerNaughty LisaAnn, it was a problem with the String (different hash from the one in English). Thanks for letting me know

Your mod could be awesome but in the form of a simple video player mod that would allow to add and play my own custom videos, already converted and prepared in .avi or .vp6, make playlists, etc.

 

I've created my custom video in .vp6 format, using some tutorials, but your mod doesn't see it.

Thats what the mod is about, it is also a framework, which allows other content creators to add their own videos. Its pretty much plug-and-play, all you have to do is make the videos compatible for ITM, by adding an Object State tuning, in your package. There is a tutorial in Discord server, on how to do this.

I've already found the solution, if anyone is curious, just replace the avi files and everything works ?I recommend it to anyone who doesn't like 3D animations

I tested it and it works perfeclty 

 

Even if the recordings, e.g. 3D, last a few minutes, after this time they still work, it is known that these recordings are available even after 40 minutes, but no normal person would want to watch them for that long, especially in the game

 

I think that if you spent some time watching these recordings, you would like it because the quality of the finished films is very good, just remove the intro of the girls talking and cut it as you like.

 

I'm glad I could direct you to these videos with this mod, because I remember the author stopped working on them after automatic black TV screens

 

Of course if you want to edit them, hopefully without reducing their quality, to 144p

 

I tried to write everything as logically as possible, because, as I said, I'm not very good at English
Good luck with your continued modding

how do you access the movies in game? there is no "its movie time" popping up for me. am I missing something? I have dvds in the mods folder and everything else.

Check that the ItsMovieTime mod is installed properly. There are two files that come with the mod, ItsMovieTimeMod.package and TanksMods.ts4script. The ts4script file needs to be put no deeper than 1 subfolder in your Sims 4 Mods directory, so the game recognizes the script file. You can just copy TanksMods directory from the zip file and paste it in Sims 4 Mods directory, it will create the folders and subfolders structure automatically. Same goes for the DVDs. Also, make sure that the option "Allow script mods" is enabled in game Options menu.

Brunette Action is a premiere movie, it should be scheduled on the calendar.

Angelus, those are the posters from the movies. But all those dvds need to be updated to latest version (already uploaded on LL). With the new dvds, the posters stack with each other like this

 

 

Also, typically an error would generate when Sims start watching movies autonomously, if you use the latest version of ItsMovieTime. So, DVDs need updating.

 

As for the buying of DVD cases, I removed that option for some time now, i think since v2.5 of ItsMovieTime, but i plan to reintroduce it again, some time soon.

Hi @_TANK_ , I re-downloaded all the movies and updated your mod to 3.4.3 , i deleted localthumbscache.package.

 

All work fine !

 

But Dvd cases are still here

Im guessing, you probably have some old dvds somewhere in your mod directory. DVD cases were removed a long time ago and they should not show up in build buy, only the posters would (and the posters should stack with each-other like in my picture, so no waste of spots in build buy).

Posters work fine as your pics , no problem with it ^^

But i think , i keep a movie "Pizzas delivery movie" that you posted before but now this movie is not in download area , maybe it's this movie coz problem ?

Pizzas delivery movie? i dont think i released that.

 

But those dvds in your build buy mode, make sure you dont have duplicates of those movies in your mods directory.

All of your videos are in 1 folder called DVDs with 103 movies +1 for pizza delivery. No Duplicates movies in my mod Folder.But it's not Grave , it's just a little details...

 

I think the settings have been saved in the WW profile in my registered area.
I'll try it with a new game and let you know if it works.
