Just wondering if there's a mod that makes people get it on without a orgy spell, or when people sleep in a bed.

From the description, I am assuming you want to have more NPC on NPC actions... no player interactivity required.

 

Well, LoversRaperS has an option where an attacker may 'RAPE' a victim when the victim is nearly critical and weakened.  I have seen incidents where XXXX XXXXXXX in the city of XXXXXX is hunted by guards for theivery, and may end up getting RAPED if she isn't killed for her actions. 

 

With LoversSlaveTrader, you can enslave NPCs and sell them as Sex Slaves to other NPCs.  If you leave the default settings alone, the owner will have sessions with their sex slaves on a regular basis.  Or you can pimp them out yourself.

 

LoversJoburg is a mod that allows raming creatures and NPCs to stalk and/or rape one another based on conditions.  I haven't used it, but it has been popular.

 

And then there are storyline quest mods where you encounter scenes of NPC on NPC -and- Creature on NPC sex.  PlayerSlaveEncounters has some incidents which has ...  a bit of Doggy-Style sex and revenge sex at times.  LoversGGBlackmail has some vindictive sex and some parties,  Those are two of which I know that 'do' have NPC on NPC sessions.

LoversJobug the active mode.   NPCs  talk to other NPCs and then can have sex, or refuse.  or  they rape.   When the player is near, the NPC can ask the player or help them against the rapist.

They also talk to player to have sex or show him/her how they masturbate.

You have a setting spell and can disable creature sex (Yes olso horny creatures) , gender settings, how horny NPC are. With very hight settings you have a orgies in towns ( and can make the game unplayable because the player can not stop sex, if one NPC is finish the next rape the player. Or you set the settings so low that you only see sex 1-2 times.

And you have time settings, so you can set male-fuck-female high and time at night high so it is therefore dangerous for a woman to be out and about at night.

And you can set the dispostion NPCs must have to harass/rape others.  So friend, NPCs who like the player will not rape him/her.

 

! Some setting are only in the ini file, others you can set in game with the setting spell.

I'm about to start playing Oblivion soon and these mods are exactly what I'm looking for. 

 

Is there also a mod where you can enter taverns/brothels and randomly see customers with prostitutes?

I don't know of any.

LoversProstitute has a brothel in Anvil but no sex with the customes, only with the player.

LoversBravilUnderground: Only two NPCs have sex in the brothel.  No other sex in the brothel.

GwedenBrothel: You open a brothel and recruit prostitutes, but no sex. It's not a Lovers Mod, no sex animations. The player only earns gold from the brothel.

A Brothel in Dibellas Watch Mod, No Lovers Mod , no sex.

Sexlivion: only player have sex. ( only two NPCs in Anvil have sex, but only during one quest ) No Lovers Mods, own sex system. Can conflict with Lovers.

LoversCrowning isle. A school for prostitution, but only the player has sex.

LoversBitch: You can hire NPCs to train dogs in the Dog-Shop-Basement. You can watch them in the kennels having sex with the dogs.

LoversBitch with Slavetrader : You can tell your slave to have sex with your dog. 

 

Only the prostitutes from Lovers SlaveTrader have sex with NPCs.  The player enslave a NPC, train him/her, tell her to work here . exactly where you are right now. The slave-prostitute wanders near that position and ask randomly NPCs.  If you tell a slave-prostitute  in an inn/tavern to work here she will have sex in the inn.

In my game I changed some brothel to have sex. I use AI packages "Sleep", Prostitute and customer use the same bed and with Lovers Bed the have sex. Easy solution , only add some AI packs.

Only the brothel in DibellasWatch I scripted. With dialogues the prostitute and customers ask each others in the main room, then they go to the bed-rooms and start sex. A lot of work just for some realistic flair.

loversbed is my preferred way, not to intrusive to gameplay, i feel the only issues if i remember corectly is the couples aren't in the mood if you are too close and you can be in danger of being  trapped in a sex loop if you try to stand over someone while they sleep, not very vampire friendly

Depends if you got two vampires getting it on.  V--V

 

But I never saw a sex loop.  Oh, I have interrupted them because they noticed.  But nothing that would trap anyone into a recurring loop.
