rogueangel Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 isn't cartoon porn the same as any other cartoon porn? 1
Guest Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 If it depicts naked underage characters then no, it is not the same. It is not accepted on LLab.
rogueangel Posted February 13, 2023 Author Posted February 13, 2023 Can you please explain why Hogwarts Legacy is being singled out when there are plenty of other mods on this site that fill what I can understand from your post as the same qualifications? 9
Jon Jo Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 there are no naked mods for hogwarts legacy because most of the characters are underage
27X Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 (edited) Because they don't. If you peruse the Arise section of mods, you'll notice two characters are missing. If you peruse the FFR section of mods, you'll notice a character is missing. Not really hard to figure out why. Edited February 13, 2023 by 27X
FauxFurry Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 Had you read the site's rules for posting content, there would have been no question as to why this was at all. At best, you would see nude instructors or maybe an enemy character type but with protagonists in the age of minority attending a school, it would have some unfortunate implications and inspire some jokes about wands and magic bags.

If that is the case then why are Sims 4 adult/nude mods allowed? You literally have teenagers getting shagged and stripping. 11
Foreign Architect Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 People ask for consistency concerning enforcement of the supposed "rules" on this site. Since the old days people would point things out and nothing would happen to the threads for weeks. All the Jrpg stuff and specifically Neptunia mods (Literal children) are still on the site within the first two pages. They know where it is. If they don't, that's laughably incompetent. Hypocrisy? Or laziness? Either way, quite a bad look. And before you ask me, no I won't link you jannies, do your job. 9
prologue1337 Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 Hmm even if the player character isn't involved in the adult content I don't feel like adult content should be a part on the game. Hogwarts is a decent school, if teacher engage in adult content we teens (player character) wouldn't find out. Since the game is already based on 2023 standards instead of anno 1800... I don't mind if modders create different more revealing clothing. Obviously not nude, and no panty shots.
emikrax Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 Why not just make a mod that alters the bodys of students to be clearly mature, and makes them over 18 story wise? Like just turning Hogwarts into a Wizard College. Make that mod a hard requirement for other sex mods, and then people won't be able to say that the fictional pixels are underage. 2
aurreth Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 Seriously, how hard is it to understand? The game is in the media spotlight. The site owners don't want to deal with potential legal issues and says "No, not here." It's their site, respect their wishes.
ciderapple Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 There are a few available. Hunt around on other websites.
DoctaSax Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 The decision where to draw the line for a given game depends on a variety of factors. We look at apparent physical maturity, degree of sexualization already present in the vanilla game, whether or not characters are stated to be under 18 canonically, as well as the amount of heat you can realistically expect. In this case, we're talking about teens meant to be under 18 in a fast-selling hyped game that is set in a broadly known fantasy franchise that most people associate with children, not even teens. Ashal said no, and no amount of griping, philosophizing about laws/society being stupid, attacking staff, or pointing at other games changes anything. Yes, we are covering our asses, which is our right. 16
