Hmmm, can't reproduce this bug, tried the decision just now and it worked fine, including unpausing
Its one of the more basic decision as well, in terms of effects, so I'm not sure what could be causing the crash.
Are you able to reproduce it consistently (eg with a save), if so, what culture were you? Any logs before the crash as well?

It happened 2 times, but now that I tried to take it again, it works. DIdn't find anything in the crash logs file too.

It happened after I changed my capital to London. Maybe it's another mod problem

Sorry to bug everyone, but how do you start a servitude faction effectively. I have converted all of an opposing liege's powerful vassals, and 90% of their normal ones. Still nothing. Any tips?
