I feel like it depends on the experience/world you want. I have different presets for different playthroughs/saves. Sometimes, I want there to be a little less random sex for challeneges/storytelling, others, I have presets where I just want the world to be a horny mess (normally to see what kind of chaos ensues lol). 

 

One set of settings that in my experience has had the largest impact for me are the sex autonomy settings. Small tweaks make big changes. The random sex frequency modifier is a big, sensitive setting, for example. One thing I'd recommend is using the presets to see which settings you fall in-between, and then playing the settings to fine-tune your experience. Everyone likes a different style, so it's hard to recommend one set of settings off the bat. 

 

I feel the same about MCCC, so what I did was that I started with a reddit post where someone broke down what they included for story progression, and then I adjusted what I wanted to from there. 

 

The cool thing about both sets is that they can be fine tuned and saved differently so that you can experiment and play around with all of it. Lol
