Confused about the Cherry_pie Cum Mesh on patreon and the mesh on Loverslab. Which one to use?

There are two versions of Cherry_pie's Cum mesh as far as I know. The one on Patreon and one on Loverslab. An animation pack I am trying to use is by a.trois. He already has stuff relating to Cherry_pie's content in the zip, what do I do with them. Replace them? Use them alongside V2?
