This worked for me and you saved me so much time trying to figure out what was causing it to crash. Turns out I accidentally selected the wrong option for one of my Harem Mods. Thank you so much for the help!

indrik mount: gives the rideable indrik gore attacks and puts a spell in the lair to summon him.

Stripper sirina, moves the transforming follower to dance on a pole in the skull hideout when not in use

Updated the dark harvester and stonefire addons. they both now include an npc that will find you, follow you, and help you. They are non-essential so if you dont like em.. just kill em.

Updated the sofia necrotic magic addon to give her gore versions of necrotic spells, and spell tomes for those spells in the lair on top of the barrel behind the bar for you to use. oooh pretty green flames of DEATH!

This looks like a fun mod. Is it fair to say that it would be best to have an install of nothing but this mod and its requirements? My assumption is that it's probably a very finicky mod, but maybe it's not.

You don't just install a single mod - but almost 20... yes - that's how many prerequisites are required.

Is all the effort worth it? Ultimately, everyone has to decide for themselves - but anyone like me who has been out and about with a "normal" Serana at least 15 times - is longing for a little variety.

Installing all the mods is a bit tricky - especially for inexperienced mod users.

And yes - of course you can also install other mods.

That's my point; it's a whole bunch of mods, and they all have to work together and I am pretty sure the installation process is pretty specific. I'm a relatively adept end user of mods and Mod Organizer, but I've never touched xEdit. But I have nothing to lose by trying once I'm done with my current playthrough. Thanks for the info.

You bet you can! I have 1500 mods. It is actually very stable. the main mod has like 7 full plugins. If you wanna go nuts the whole collection which is like 190 mods now, has 400 light requirements and 20 full. Its quite a thing.. lol
