Basic immersive Eating mod

Do we know if there is a basic eating mod that ties health, stamina, magicka regeneration out of having had ate? I really like the idea of the races health, stamina, magicka regen being greatly reduced and being more reflective of what the characters regen rate is when not having had ate, and allowing eating food to have a 4 hour effect that would have regen lvls at what is normal. In real life I eat a bullshit meal once a day for a week and get sick it might suck. Stamina, minus crack or tweak if Im not eating I dont see any chance I would have much stamina if I tried to expend a lot of energy.

I think mod would be easish to make, not sure how to transition lvls or how to cap the effects to make sure no ridiculous amount of regen is taking place. After you eat a meat, a soup, a bread and a misc you should be at max lvls for regen for at least 3 hours and still have decent regen lvls for maybe another 2 hours followed by an even more reduced lvl to back at your base which would be set to much lower than vanilla regen lvls.

I have never used any of the INeed, and like mods,as they do too much and have always only ate in game sparingly and done so to try to be kinda immersive?, wish there was an ingame disadvantage to not eating in game that would act as an actual mechanic.

Just took a look, Numerous scripts, but even worse it would cost me like 5-6 esps for the dlcs and usleep and pure waters mod

Similar to INeeds, really neat mods but they do too much and they do it with scripts.  A few scripts for some functionality is fine, but I just want quick and easy mechanic that gives me a reason to eat my 3 meals a day, plus maybe snacks?

Ok, I´ve cobble something together, as simple and unintrusive as it gets. No requirements, no Fnis, works on LE/SE/AE.

With default settings, you can go about 12 hours without eating before any negative effects kick in, but it will quickly get worse if you keep missing out on your meals.
-80% regen is the lowest you can go if you dont eat at all.

Depending on the food you eat, you need about 2-3 meals per day. Nutrition value is coupled to gold value. which means 2 cheese wheels will last you the entire day, while leeks will require larger quantities. There are caps on both ends, so even if you have mods which drastically change item values you propably still have to eat normally.
Raw food always has low nutrition value, so you should cook it first.
should also work with foods added by other mods, provided they have the vanilla keywords for fooditems assigned.
You get optional notifications when you are full, so you dont have to waste food because you dont know if you´re still hungry.
You also get notification when your nutrition level drops to low, so you can avoid negative effects.

Give it a try and see if it this goes into the vague direction you imagined.

@Pamatronic   Just want to thank you again. I am 100% happy with your implementation by attacking the regen with negative effects when not having had ate,This kept it as an inhibitor for player char only which was needed and it makes it just such a well thought way to achieve desired effects, very smart bro, very smart.
