Can anyone point me towards any mods that change the sex addict traits in Sexlab to be positive rather than negative (i.e. learn skills 80% slower)?

Those aren't a part of the base system for Sexlab.  That's another mod doing that.

Sounds like that's Arousal or SL Survival, not SexLab.

The addiction reducing xp gain rate by 80% is a SL Aroused feature, and happens when your character's above 90 Time Rate, which is a value that increases every time your characets orgasms. You can turn this positive by disabling the SL Aroused effect in the SLA MCM, then using for instance Sexlab Disparity to instead give some kind of positive value associated with addiction.

You could also load the mod in the CK or TES5edit and change the effect from a penalty to a boost.

Thanks everyone for your assistance. I did indeed mean SL Aroused, not SL itself that's causing the debuffs.

 

In the end, I found that @karlpaws solution was the easiest, so I've done that.
