Well yeah, all you need is to replace only hilda.uasset file to activate the nude mod for default model.

Not sure if that is called a merged mesh, but his hildaSM.uasset is a static mesh, not a skeletal mesh. From what I understand, static mesh is meant for static pose, which I suppose can be used for screenshots in-game for the poses but it is not for animation, unlike skeletal mesh which can be used for playing in-game by moving the character. I guess his static mesh took over the main control of the character in v1.06 somehow. You probably need a new hex edit to disable the static mesh if you want to use showie's mod, I guess?

Found the new models from Hilda_5 and Hilda_6. Thanks?

Wanted to pick this game back up with a nude mod going, but after reading all 8 pages of this thread it looks like the nude mod won't be an option (for now) with an updated game. What a shame. Following topic.

My mod came from before 1.06, used same hex edit as this thread but I don't see any problem using it in v1.07. Dunno what's so unique about Showie's mods that it can T-pose but mine doesn't, lol. Perhaps it is due to double mesh files used as what you mentioned, while I only used 1 mesh file.

Can you please share this mod?

There are some flaws to the model, so I don't really think it is that great. But sure, you can try my mod.

Here's the screenshot for the nude mod:

Update:

Hilda's Arcanic Phantom Mantle costume:

You will need to unlock the Arcanic Phantom Mantle costume from Gift of the Nexus rewards system first.

Update2:

Realized that Hilda's hair actually lost its original hair animation in-game, so I fixed it.

Now the 2 costumes are combined into a new pack with the hair animation fix.

Update3:

Hilda's Armor of the Blue Meteor costume-

You will also need to unlock the Armor of the Blue Meteor costume from Gift of the Nexus rewards system first.

After you unlocked the costumes, you can swap between the nude mods in-game by using the change outfit option.

All 3 costumes have been combined into a new pack with the hair animation fix.

It is also compatible with showie's sheath removal mod.

Fantastic mod! I like the Arcanic costume in particular.

Would it be possible to add the hairstyle from Hildas default costume to the Arcanic costume?

Here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Asterigos\Genesis\Content\Paks\~mods. Your drive letter and parent folders may be different, but the ultimate location is the ~mods folder.

I don't fully understand. Can your mods just be placed in the mods folder you described and that's it, or was there another stage?

Either way, thank you for sharing!

I put the pak files in the right folder and nothing. Game version 1.06

I used my crystal ball and it told me you didn't do the hex edit needed to make the game load mods files.

You left out the hex edit boss. This game needs a hex edit/exe patch to load loose files.

That's why a new member should ALWAYS read the thread, or at least last two or three pages before just downloading a mod and assuming it works right out of the box. ALOT of PC games require various methods to get mods working in a game. Sometimes, but very rarily it's just "drag and drop."

Link for the instructions :

Still have problems AFTER READING ENTIRE THREAD - ask for help in this thread and I or someone else will help you. But PLEASE, make an attempt yourself first. Don't just ask for help after seeing this post. As the information to successfully patch the game IS in this thread.

PS: Disregard his warnings about 1.06 though. The mod was the problem, not his tutorial. Again, need any help, one of us will be glad to help you going forward. But try to due your own due diligence first. You get hung up or confused on a step, ask and we'll help you.

I've done the Hex edit, but the mod doesn't work, pls help

edit: The three costume mod worked, but Showie's mod looks better for me, could someone patch that mod so it work with the current version? (I'd like to use Showie's mod for default and greedo's mod for the DLCs if possible)

@showie I really enjoyed your ModelV3 with the Yellow hair color and small sheath. Would you please make it work for the current version of the game? Thanks!

I doubt he's gonna update his mod. His last post was literally in Oct of last year. Pretty sure he's moved on.

So, you'll have to enjoy the mods we have that work or nothing at all. Unless someone is willing to update his mod and in that regard, money talks more then just begging. I'm sure commissioning a modder would yield the results you want really quickly.

Sorry to bother you but may I ask you how you were able to replace the model without her getting stuck in a T-pose? I've set up the project, exported the skeletal mesh from hilda.uasset with FModel and made a small edit to the model in Blender before adding it to my project.

image.png.0304669886350f44032313317571cce1.png

The folder structure seems to be correct and I've assigned a chunk number to the individual asset so that only hilda.uasset will be included in the resulting packchunk file, but it still won't properly work ingame. The edited model shows up but no animations.

I know the model is properly rigged and weighted because I've only modified a few vertices in Blender, and it does have a skeleton when I import it into my Unreal project. Also editing other simple objects like scabbards and weapons works fine.

Am I missing some additional steps? I've been trying all day but at this point I'm out of options.
