There's a "PAK Unlocker" out which presumably allows loading modded pak files.

Work in progress still, It isn't the best but it is a start, you need to enable sideloading using the nexus mod linked earlier.

Replaces the base costume (with the completion costume and modifies the lower half.)

 

Edit: Will consolidate stuff here, renamed the packaged files

 

Character model;

ModelV1- is the original model here (99)

Model v1.5- is the same as above but without the sheath fitting on the back (99)

ModelV2 - First iteration with a torso and modified skin texture, some unsightly seams currently (99)

ModelV2.5 - Removed belt, slightly less unsightly seams (99)

ModelV3 - Hair physics added to the main model, also laid the groundwork for some other mods(99)

Character non model mods;

HairColours - Requires the V3 model, small selection of colours to pick from do plan to expand this (97)

SmallSheath- Makes the sheath on the back very small / almost but not quite invisible (98)

Side note the number in brakets is the chunk allocations for the mods, after some testing, seperate mods with the same chunk allocations do not play well together even if they modify completely different things, when others start adding mods, if you have multiple that use the same allocation you may experience missing models/textures or glitching of animations etc (renaming the file to a different pakchunk wont fix it, this gets baked in when packaging)

I couldn't remove it, a lot of things lean on it, but I was able to make it fairly small (if you look closely you will see it floating behind her)

This also makes the strap that holds it out of place, will remove that from the character model later

From what i could understand it only works if you use The "Asterigos pak Unlocker" from nexus. But it requires a Specific "Game Version" from "Steam" for it to be able to work, wich of course didn't worked for me either as my game is from GOG...

 

EDIT: I could be wrong but the instructions on how to use the mod are vague.

It doesn't work on GOG for me. Probably won't work with Epic either. It works on the original Steam files but doesn't work after the EXE is modified to be cracked. So mostly likely only for the legit Steam release.
