It's a very good Mod, but I would love to know if anyone is planning to make the character topless.

Interesting, I didn't know Notepad++ could do this. I've always used HxD.  Have you used HxD? If yes can you provide a comparison?

I'd like to see the blue dress turned into a shirt that stops a little above her belly button.

 

#2 Can the other outfits be unlocked with some edits somewhere?

Side note the number in brakets is the chunk allocations for the mods, after some testing, seperate mods with the same chunk allocations do not play well together even if they modify completely different things, when others start adding mods, if you have multiple that use the same allocation you may experience missing models/textures or glitching of animations etc (renaming the file to a different pakchunk wont fix it, this gets baked in when packaging)

 

This is an amazing mod, works well and looks soooo good. But would it be possible to get a version with her braided hair? i think she looks much hotter with that hair style then the one where she has it all down.

No. This is the first time I heard HxD.

HxD is a hex editor, instead of a general text editor like Notepad++.

It's a better tool for this.

Ctrl+F, "Hex-values" tab and you can search up the needed ones. 

Always overwrite, never delete and newly write.

Has anyone tried any of this with the latest patch 1.05?

 

Some of the QoL changes look worthwhile but not if I have to go back to seeing that sheath the size of a small car on her back.

I have, mod works with the new update just got to reapply the hex editing method.
