cbbe texture bug after fresh skyrim install

Hello i need help i have  texture bugs on all my characters even with no unp cbbe or bodylide mod installed and enabled i completely wiped my skyrim install and started fresh with no mods and very few enabled and still have this bug any help would be its most noticable on argonian khajiit and custom races heres my load order with very few mods installed and active

What " bug is that " ??
1 - body has strange color (purple)
2 - the body renders as black dynamic pixelization when using zoom

3 - a screenshot is better than any word

If it is only Argonians then the problem lies with the Argonian skin.

weird thing is i removed both unp and cbbe and it still happens even with one or the other installed or neither installed

You did something wrong during installation

i install it using my mod manager cbbe first then bodyslide and then i built the body making sure only the cbbe options were selected i also made sure i had the skeleton and the other requirements installed but it still happens i even tried it with just the bare minimum mod requirements and it still happens unless my mod manager isnt completely removing all the files is the only thing i can think of i followed this guide https://files.catbox.moe/tiv5pz.pdf
