I had those memes missing as well, along with about ten missing from Vanilla Ideology Expanded.

 

The following worked for me to get them to appear in the ideology creation menu:

 

Options -> Mod options -> Vanilla Ideology Expanded -> "Allow high impact memes for fluid ideos" [YES] (green check mark)

 

I also set the max number of memes from 4 to 5 at the same time, for no reason. So that might have done it too. Cheers

This ritual involves rape, so you need rape turned on as well.  As far as I can tell bestiality in general requires rape be enabled.

Can you please hotfix the mod? I get that pawns may have had a few romps before meeting my characters, but this is just ridiculous. 
The average pawn stats right after installing the mod:
 

It goes back to normal the moment I uninstall it.

Hey I'm doing a true freak colony and have the necro meme, does that actually improve the odds of pawns using corpses or is the necro trait basically a requirement and the meme only really affects opinions?  My colony has had the meme for about an in game year and at this point it seems to have made no change to their behaviour.

Yea, the random numbers generated may contain inadvertent comedy... it would be kind of nice for at least some of the RJW traits (or lack thereof) to be properly handled by this mod (so like only nymphos and masochists would randomly gen with a total sex acts higher than like 22), even accounting for the accelerated nature of the game (ie, 6x speed vs real life).
