Had this issue for a while now, My fox and snow fox Skeletons are broken in a way that the MNC penis angles out sideways. No idea how to fix this and SSEEdit is no help. Relevant MO2 Priority is;
Bad Dog Hoodies for SOS - 105
SOS - 106
SLAL_SE - 144
Horny Creatures of Skyrim - 145
MNC - 147
Animated Beasts Cocks - 148
MNC-ABC-FluffyworksPatchv0.2 - 149
XPMSSE - 255

ABC has built-in support for fluffyworks meshes now, I would check that option in the fomod and disable your patch. If that still doesn't work, check meshes\actors\canine\character assets wolf\, there should be a MNC_Fox_skeleton.nif. Look in your mod manager and see if any mods other than ABC and MNC are overwriting this skeleton.

Also, from the MNC mod page:

Warning: if you have it please load XP32/XPMSE before MNC. Do not let there skeletons overwrite MNC or your game may crash or have floating dick problems, MNCv12 is using nodes not found in these skeleton mods.

That looks like your issue.

the MNC-ABC Fluffyworks patch is a stand alone mod that does not require the original Fluffyworks.

Moving everything around in MO2 so that MNC loads the Skeleton also results in the angled penis as does when ABC loads the Skeleton. Whats strange to me is that its ONLY foxes that are broken no matter what I do

Well, the fluffyworks patch changes the foxes, and I know that MNC works with vanilla assets. Like I said, ABC has built in flufflyworks stand alone meshes, so might try using that instead of the patch. If it still doesn't work, read up on the MNC page, it has  a lot of troubleshooting info.

I only run vanilla with mnc and its the same issue

If it is the same issue then it will have the same solution. Did you bother reading the other posts in this thread?

"I only run vanilla with MNC" makes zero sense.
