Presumably due to massive changes to the mod, which is why they didn't bother with compatibility. Renaming the mod clearly indicates this, preventing mods made for old version from loading.

Well the mod itself is in alpha, so I might be fixed in the future.

I'm getting crashes whenever I set my race to the Erin one because of "eyelashes" and "facial hair". I have no facial hair or eyelash mods.

you can patch addon mod with SkyrimTextEditor mod

Also the biggest thing is that teraelin will no longer receive updates

e.g. 1.4.x has an update plan for furry

Someone managed to fix the voices not working?

 

Apparently any mod that edits "DefaultNPCVoiceType" will and can break the erin voices, but its impossible to know since not even MO2 show which mods touch that code and and most of us didnt even use voice mods so its all a mystery.

is the hair mod apart of another mod? or is there something similar to the hairs you have in screenshots?

i don't know if i would obtain any help but. no matter what i did, a basic hair stay, so if i change her hair, two hair types combine making it looks like a mess. any idea how to fix it or made a basic model bald xD?

This LL version is a later version of the one I was using, but I updated from "Tera Elin" to "Erin" in the same game and had no issues, played that game for a long time after.

It should be pretty safe.

 

There may be some weird issues with your preset so you may need to use showracemenu to fix those, but it was fine in my case so it may be fine for you too.

Yo Acro, glad you were finally able to push out that big update. That said, how badly does it break previous Elin followers, texture mods, and other such things? I remember there being talk about things having to be patched or some such. I've got everything from custom body and eye textures, to an army of followers, to Necdaz clawed feet meshes

When transitioning from other races to erin, showracemenu runs normally,but when using showracemenu in my character as erin, it always crashes.I tried reinstalling Faster HDT-SMP but it didn't work.

Please check how to convert mod for Tera Elin Race to mod for Erin race? of modder section
