WIP Sims, show them off and or ask for guidance

Just a thread to ask others for input (or show off) any new work in progress sims that are being created.

 

Thread guidelines:

• This thread is open for all to post in
• Commenting on posts is encouraged, this is not just an image topic, it was also created as a discussion topic
• Give constructive criticism and comments
• No one is under any obligation to create what you want, if they like your ideas they will implement them
• Don't ping other creators specifically to bring them in, if someone wants to comment they will

And to start this thread off. This is Casey Kittrell a new sim I'm working on. Overall I'm happy with her face and body, I'm just stuck on trying to decide what personality traits to give her (maybe somewhat snobbish but not really mean), thoughts anyone?

So here's a sim I've had in WIP for a while, but I'm now looking to try to finish in not too long. 

 

 

Her name is Priya and very recently I've sort of nailed down some characterization, what I started with is that she's a simstagram model and I probably want to characterize her as a friend of some of my model sims and such. More recently (as in today) I've landed on makign her the daughter of Auda Sherif, a celebrity sim from an older game I made a version of  using her genetics. Her mother, Siddhi Vemulakonda (not based on a sim from an older game, but a relative of one of my own sims) was his therapist, and they had an affair while he was married to Judith Ward (I've also got my own version of Judith Ward cooking and I want to put togehter some of the ex-husbands mentioned in her in-game bio). So she's got a bit of a headstart to being a celebrity herself. 

 

   

 

For traits she's got the celebrity aspiration, Self-Absorbed, Vegetarian and Pretty Girl traits, as well as some various reward traits here and there. She's in the Simstagram Influencer career by Kiara. 

 

So I think I've got her mostly set up as goes characterization, so I don't really have any need of advice there, though if there's any thoguhts on stuff to add or do differently I'd hear it of course. The thing is I'm trying to complete the warderobe. I usually like having at the very least 5 everyday and hot weather outfits (filling out the others is optional).

So what I thought I'd do is just post all the outfits she currently has and see if there are any thoughts as to what the last ones could be or if there's anything that anyone feels should change. 

 

At the very least I noticed that the outfit from the picture above isn't in here, so I'll throw in that and elements from it probably. 

 

So yeah, I'd especially appreciate suggestions for the "missing" everyday and hot weather outfits, but any and all suggestions and feedback is welcome really.

I'll try out the one you linked as well, but maybe something like this?

 

 

Looks good I think with those jeans that were in everyday #2, which is good because I changed that outfit, and hot weather #2. So she has shorts in everyday #2 and a different top in hot weather #2

 

  

 

I also changed the skirt on hot weather #1 and I added a new formal outfit

Here are some sims ive been working on too. I usually make cartoons. but i am trying my hand at some Original characters. I made a few of different races. I am having a hard time selecting clothing. also, the ethnic parts i dont know if i should go full tilt, or nah. Also. i am not 100 percent sure about the skintones.

They look nice! Maybe for the ethnic outfits or details, have like one or two full ethnic/cultural outfits, and then use some ethnic/cultural details in some of the other outfits?

Really, the only thing really "off" that I see is that her mouth appears to be a bit too low in relation to her nose and chin (maybe?).

Funny you mention that cause others on the Sims After Dark mentioned the same and yall where right lol...after I adjusted it some and she looks a lot nicer

Some content from me I recently went and worked on a group of European AEP sims, where I already have several existing ones but here are the WIPs I've never completed and released among that group. First is Alina Valenta, who's the younger sister of my sim Rita Valenta, like her sister she's Czech though I'm using Windenburgish in the language barriers mod to represent like a generalized Central/Eastern European origin, even though it ends up becoming very general.

The other is Anastasia Gold, her performer name (real name is probably gonna be Anna, with last name still undecided), also set as Windenburgish though I'm thinking she's Polish or something or something like that. She was made from the ground up but she's gotten the first name and some of the characterization and outfits of a very old sim of mine I'm no longer using, and is kind of an older version of her (though again she was made from scratch).

Last is Sofia (last name and separate performer/real name essentially undecided), and unlike Alina and Anastasia who I've had around as WIPs for a while, I only recently made her. Using the language barriers mod she's set up with the Tartosiano language, from the world in the wedding pack (which I recently got on sale), though as I see it she's not Italian as that world seems to represent, rather I meant her to be Greek when I made her.

More WIP AEP sims, also in the category of sims you may have seen me show off. First up is probably my current favorite WIP who's basically finished in terms of her warderobe and appearance and is just the victim of my own procrastination and time management in not being fully finished. Her name is Vera Loca, performer name that is, real name undecided, as is whether or not it will be similar to that. She comes from kind of a rough background, a bit of a "ghetto girl", she's also a single mother, having gotten pregnant while a teenager.

Second is a male sim I've had a lot of trouble settling on a name for. It's currently James Santiago, but that's still very liable to change. He's relatively far in the AEP actor career and also has a setup for producing videos at his home, making him partly an independent producer as well. He was the sim I used in the POV party video I made.

Getting a bit lighter on the characterization here. Currently named Cassie Haze, obviously a performer name. Don't have too much on her, except I really like how her face turned out looking and I also really like how this thigh tattoo she has looks on her. She mostly dresses in red.

Last one might not be in porn, haven't really decided much on her yet. I did think she would be a friend of Vera above though. Her name is Leilani Perez, and I like that enoguh that I'm probably not changing it.

I took a randomly generated CAS base Sim and edited her from scratch, using CC. 

 

Edit: I misread the title and thought this was just for 'showing off Sims'. Gave her a different name later.
