She seems like an "odd ball" type of sim but is happy to be that way...  Only thing I don't care for is just an outfit item from one of the pics... Those sunglasses need a different pair 

in my opinion... 

 

Other than that she looks like this is the way she should be...

Cute yes.. always going for a cute sim... but I'm not sure about her chin... or her head seems to top to bottom short... kinda?

She reminds me of Christie from Dead or Alive! My only suggestion is she needs more black leather LOL. Amazing job.

I swear, Lucy wasn't intended to be the throwback girl, it is just kind of happening. Only this time with naughties attire. It looks more like she belongs in the Sims 2 here.

Figured I'd show off what I have so far on outfits for this sim.

There is a lot of overlap in her outfits, but I think it works.

Her name is tentatively Dasha Steiger.

I have been encountering a bit of a unique problem with Desiree, I literally have too many outfit ideas for her. Her cowgirl outfit just might end up getting the axe. ? I can post the rest of her outfits tomorrow, right now I have to hit the hay.

I think it'd help if you first decided what this sim's aspirations and interests are. What does she like to do for fun? What career path does she want to take? You've got her in a bunch of different outfits with a pretty wide range of styles, so if you can't think of anything else you could just say that she's a fashion model or something.

Yeah, I've been considering fashion model. Actor is also another possibility. I could also do like an alternative universe version of her if I wanted to fit a specific style.
